"Gu Lingling, I find that you have a lot of secrets." On the way, Wen Jing asked her with a smile, "You even know Professor Zhou, are you the little girl he talks about?"
Gu Lingling smiled.

"Do you also know Meng Yufei?" Tong Sha asked.
"I don’t know her." Gu Lingling answered.
But Tong Sha clearly didn’t believe it.
If she doesn’t know her, why would she say she’s heard of her and wants to hang out together?
That Meng Yufei, Tong Sha had heard of her. The aloof goddess, with a good family background, wouldn’t just play around with anyone.

Because she promised Mr. Zhou to have dinner at his place, Gu Lingling went out after tidying up a bit in her dorm.

"Is Gu Lingling really from the countryside?" Tong Sha asked Zhang Zhaodi, puzzled.
"She said so herself." Zhang Zhaodi turned to ask her, "What’s up?"
"Nothing." Tong Sha said as she packed her things, "Just feels like she doesn’t seem like she’s from the countryside."
"Yeah, I think so too." Zhang Zhaodi said, then asked Wen Jing, "Don’t you feel the same? Lingling feels like a well-educated lady from a good family, doesn’t feel petty at all."
Petty?
Tong Sha was irritated by those words.
Among the four in the dorm, only she and Gu Lingling were from the countryside.
So was she talking about her?
A lady from a good family?
Oh, please... how many ladies from good families has she met? Saying those things.
Tong Sha regretted bringing up this topic.
That wasn’t her intention at all.
"Anyway, as long as she’s a good person, what does it matter if she’s from the countryside or the city." Wen Jing didn’t think it mattered, "By the way, it’s just the three of us left now, what are we eating for dinner?"
"I have something tonight, won’t be joining you for dinner." Tong Sha said awkwardly.
