Faer had likely chosen this method to restrict the elemental creatures from entering the Ancient God Pantheon’s system.
This move resembled that of the Luck Goddess, Luke.
Both of them did not want their venerated races to ascend to godhood within the Ancient God Pantheon.
At the same time, Mihani continued to explain:
"Crossbridge, Faer is the teacher of all elemental creatures. If it weren’t for his entry into Backworld, we would still be on the edge of ignorance."

But Daniel wasn’t surprised by this. After all, his old friend, Faer, had always been like this, especially in matters of scholarship. He was always very tolerant, allowing a variety of opinions and questions.

"Crossbridge, actually, when teacher Faer chose to follow the path of the inner god, we weren’t particularly supportive. As you know, the path of the inner god isn’t exactly... perfect."

Daniel furrowed his brow. From what he knew of Faer, the man wasn’t a fool.

"Crossbridge, to us, Faer is like a god. He is our faith."
"Without him, we would all have become puppets of the Ancient God Pantheon. So, whether the world is destroyed or not, we must firmly support Faer’s choice."
Daniel could feel Mihani’s fervent, almost fanatical admiration for Faer.
The intensity of this worship had reached a point where it had blurred the lines between right and wrong.
However, Daniel didn’t intervene in Mihani’s thinking. As Mihani had said, without Faer’s intervention, the entire elemental creature race might have fallen under the control of the Ancient God Pantheon.
From that perspective, Daniel didn’t have any objections to the elemental creatures’ choices.
