Changing the fate of Lavinia Reni, Natsume Minagawa and Valina Lucifer
The fate of Lavinia Reni and Natsume Minagawa was not going to take an incredible turn of events. They were simply going to have a more important role that they didn't have in the main story.
For example, Lavinia Reni is barely mentioned in volume 19 and does not make her first appearance until volume 21. Minagawa Natsume has not even been mentioned in HighSchool DxD.
Or at least, that's Drako's knowledge. He has only read up to volume 21, so he wouldn't even remember Lavinia if this wasn't the last light novel he had read.
Now that they were part of this organization, it seemed that they were going to play a more active role than in the original story.
On the other hand, Valina's change of fate is of a different quality. If she was Vali's replacement in this timeline, then this [Fate Point] means that she is no longer going to join the [Khaos Brigade]. That means the Vali Team is not going to be formed.
But if the Vali Team is not going to form, why hasn't Drako received the [Fate Points] from the other members?
Kuroka was rescued by Drako, he had already received her [Fate Point]. So, from the rest of the Vali Team, there is Bikou, the descendant of Sun Wukong, and the Pendragon siblings. Drako did not know much about the former, but at least he knew that Mordred had made contact with the Pendragon siblings and had a "close" relationship with them. Even so, Drako had not received the Pendragon [Fate Point], so he could assume that they were still going to join the Khaos Brigade.
Perhaps Drako should talk to Mordred about this situation?
It was an option, but right now, Drako didn't have time for that. These three new [Fate Points] gave Drako a head start in preparing the next Holy Grail War. The amount of [Fate Points] he had at this time was a total of [9].
Two of those [Fate Points] were going to be spent on the return trips. This left a total of 7 [Fate Points], of which he wanted to have at least 4 [Fate Points] in case anything happened. Now, Drako had 3 [Fate Points] he could spend, and he may have more when Tobio and Kouki recover.
Now, what should Drako do now that he has [Fate Points] to spare? He could get more [Noble Phantasm], but does he really need them?
He has a top-level weapon, top-level armour, top-level motorcycle and a pretty good signature move. What could he get right now if he tries to get a [Noble Phantasm]?
Of course, there are a lot of [Noble Phantasm] that could be useful, but there's also the possibility of getting a weapon-type [Noble Phantasm], which he doesn't need.
Should Drako invoke a new Servant?
At the thought of that, the image of Kuroka came to Drako's mind.
Drako had his reasons for not turning Kuroka into a Servant. But now that he thought about it again was it really a good idea not to make her a Servant?
Sooner or later, Drako knew that she was going to end up becoming his Servant. In that case, why not make her his Servant already?
Drako was afraid something would happen to Kuroka if he took her to the Holy Grail War. But if that were the case, then the one who should be worried is Drako. Turning Kuroka into a Servant would give him a great boost in his strength, and it would not be surprising if she was significantly stronger than Drako at the time. If Drako were to die in the war, that would be the same as killing Kuroka.
Why?
Because Drako is the last hope for defeating the Chaos, which will consume the entire multiverse. In that case, not only will Kuroka die, but everyone else in the multiverse.
What other reason was there not to make her your Servant?
As far as Drako could tell, there was none.
That is why, on the night before Mordred and Shirone returned, Drako had a conversation with Kuroka alone. Valina went to sleep in her room at Drako's request, so
"What do you want to talk about-nyaa? It's late, and I want to go to sleep. Unless you want some E-C-C-H-I..."
Kuroka leaned over Drako, resting her large breasts on his chest. Drako never doubted the veracity of her words, for it was not the first time Kuroka had made such an insinuation. In truth, the older Kuroka became, the more sensuous she became and the more difficult it became for Drako not to fuck her right away. Kuroka was too sexy.
Drako placed both hands on Kuroka's shoulders and pulled her away from him slightly. He looked her in the eye and said, "No, let's talk about something serious."
Kuroka pouted, but still nodded. She folded her arms across her chest as she looked away, though one could see she had her attention on Drako.
"What do you think of becoming stronger?"
Like Azazel that morning, Drako went straight to the point with Kuroka.
Drako's words are like lightning hitting Kuroka.
To be stronger? Wasn't that what she dreamed of practically every day?
It had been a year and a half since Kuroka had met Drako. In that year and a half, Drako had gone from being a very weak boy to surpassing the Nekoshou in nearly every way.
Where was the promise Kuroka had made to herself to protect Shirone and Drako until they matured?
Drako had already broken it, and Shirone was being trained by Mordred. How strong was Shirone after this year and a half? How strong will she be in a few years?
And now, Drako wanted to create a mercenary group, and, of course, Kuroka wanted to join him. She thought that with magic power at the level of an Ultimate-Class Devil, she wouldn't have a problem being Drako's partner for long. How wrong she was.
Sacred Gears of the highest level and several Longinus were joining Drako. In fact, all of them were very beautiful women.
What if Drako was leaving her to go off with women who were stronger and more beautiful?
Kuroka was plagued by doubt these past few weeks. She could no longer even sleep at ease without some such thought passing through her head.
Did she want to be stronger?
Of course she did!
But she knew her own potential. She had a hard time getting better after all the experiments she had undergone in the past. She could improve... but the effort she had to put in was not worth it because of how little her strength improved.
"Yes... I want to be stronger, I want to help you for longer. But... I can't. It's no use. No matter how much effort I put in, I can't improve much. I... have reached my limit."
For the first time, Kuroka expresses her feelings to Drako on this subject. Though it had been bothering her for a long time, she had never said anything.
Tears began to form in Kuroka's eyes. She let out everything she had stored inside her.
Kuroka felt a hand lift her chin, and her eyes met Drako's heterochromatic. She opened her mouth to speak, but...
Drako sealed Kuroka's lips with his own. Kuroka made a small surprise noise but was smothered by Drako's tongue, which slipped into Kuroka's mouth. The Nekoshou did not protest at all, but embraced Drako's neck and plunged into the passionate kiss.
Kuroka's inexperience caused her to lose in the battle of tongues, and she was gradually out of breath. She finally could take it no more and part forcibly with Drako.
"That... was pretty intense for my first kiss." Kuroka gasped as she brought her hand to her lips.
Kuroka thought she was hallucinating. Drako, who for some reason had always maintained a clear line between the two of them, had kissed her passionately.
He had stolen her first kiss, though that was not something Kuroka disliked. In fact, she was feeling her body warming up. Her cheeks blushed, and she was beginning to breathe heavily.
There was no doubt.
She was going into mating season!
Once a Nekoshou enters her mating season, her body will ask her to have sex.
Kuroka shouldn't have gone into mating season at such a young age. Her case is currently similar to Shirone in volume 11, when she enters the mating season at about the same age as Kuroka.
Kuroka's feelings for Drako, as well as the stimulation of the moment, have been the triggers of this first mating season.
Kuroka jumped up to Drako and kissed him back.
Drako realized the seriousness of the matter as he felt the pheromones Kuroka was emitting. Pheromones are chemicals that subconsciously send odour signals to people of the opposite sex that naturally trigger feelings of sexual attraction, improving sex life. Women emit them naturally, and Drako was more than used to Kuroka's. That's why he was alarmed when he felt the change in the Nekoshou's pheromones.
He realized that he was probably to blame for this dangerous moment. He had caused this situation!
Drako could feel Kuroka's heavy breathing fall on his face. She pushed him onto the bed and sat on him.
"I love you, Drako, I love you too much. I... I want to have your baby."
With that statement, Kuroka began the third kiss of the evening.
