I looked between the two before tilting my head as I curiously stared up at Luna, wondering if she had the money I would need for this and also wondering if she was going to accept this without a complaint, which... she did, though just like her Dama she grabbed at me and pulled me close.

That made Magistrate Fenkar's smirk stiffen, and before she could say anything Luna added "Mother and my Aunties would help me find it too, so just let me know, Astra.", which made her Dama click her tongue before she nodded reluctantly.
It would seem I was getting some of my 'dues' early on, and I was definitely wanting to go visit the Fenkar Estate again to give my thanks in any way to both Magistrate Fenkar as well as her wives...
Nodding her head and snorting, Gertrude looked over the deer monster for a few seconds before flipping it this way and that, appraising it from all sides as she said "I'd say its... north of two hundred pounds in all, probably just around a hundred in terms of meat. See you already took the antlers for yourself, that's fine..."
Gertrude gave the monster a few pokes and prods before looking back up at me and asking "How does 8 Silvers a pound sound? That comes out to roughly 8 Gold in total, give or take a few Silvers.", stating her first price and leaving it to me to negotiate more or less.
Thankfully I had had the insight to take a stop by a few of the market stalls on the way here, and while I had sold one of the antlers for a nice amount I had also gotten the price of the rest of the deer told to me, meaning...

Gertrude shifted to the side and blocked line of sight, making me chuckle wryly as she became every bit of a 'Mama Bear' with that move and her current expression, so I just said "9 Silvers is excellent then, Miss Gertrude. Shall I come back with more tomorrow, or do you need time to get everything prepared and the money together?"
Grunting softly the Bearkin woman shook her head and replied "I have the money now, but I can't buy too much all at once. If you want to hunt for me again tomorrow, I won't say no, but... It needs to be a monster, and it needs to be about as fatty, potent and large as this one."
