Reincarnated with a lucky draw system Chapter 129

"So? Should I deal with them or...?" Loki asked, staring at Ignis with a sly grin, his eyes twinkling with anticipation. The vast darkness of space enveloped them, stars streaking past like fleeting wishes, the group’s mounts hovering silently in the cosmic void.

"Thor will handle it. Just stay put, Loki," Ignis refused instantly, his voice a rumbling growl, flames flickering from his massive jaws. The Primordial flames dragon’s scales glowed with inner heat, casting an eerie orange light that danced across the endless blackness, his irritation as hot as his element.

"Suit yourself. You... I’m part of the team. Not someone you must babysit," Loki said, the tiniest of frowns on his face, his tone laced with mock offense. He leaned back on his mount, arms crossed, his cape fluttering in a self-conjured breeze, a subtle dig at his companions’ constant vigilance.

"Forgive us, but your reputation ensures we don’t trust you at all. And the best way to handle someone as mischievous as you is to ensure you don’t move a muscle," Rhaigon supported his brother’s stand, his voice crackling like lightning in a storm. The Primordial lightning dragon’s body sparked with electric arcs, his eyes narrowing at Loki, distrust hanging heavy in the air like charged static.

"Alright then. I will stay put," Loki said, raising his hands in mock surrender, his smirk betraying his feigned compliance as he lounged casually, mind already spinning webs of amusement.

"I’m giving you all the last chance. Clear the way or be wiped out," Thor warned for the last time, lightning crackling around him, as the humming sound of thunder could be faintly heard. His massive frame hovered in space, Mjolnir gripped tightly, the hammer’s head glowing with raw power, the void itself seeming to tremble at his words.

"Should we really do this, sir? They look dangerous and carefree," the second in command asked their leader, doubt creeping into his voice as he glanced at the scanners. The four beings outside the spaceship exuded an aura of untouchable confidence, making the fleet’s weapons feel inadequate in the cold expanse.

"What are you so scared of? Within this part of the universe, no one is strong enough to contend with us," the leader said, a smug look on his face. He leaned back in his command chair, arms crossed, the bridge’s lights reflecting off his polished uniform, his ego as vast as the stars.

"Fire the cannon," he instructed. "Take down the first one with the god cannon. Let’s send a message to them." His order rang out, the crew hurrying to comply, the ship’s systems whining with charging energy.

"Do as I say or risk losing your rank!" The boss instructed, getting ticked off by his subordinate’s persistent dissuasion. His face flushed with anger, slamming a fist on the console, the bridge crew flinching at his outburst.

"Yes, boss!" The second in command nodded, following his boss’s instructions, fingers flying over the controls with reluctant speed.

The cannon blaster of the spaceship hummed to life. With coordination within the ship, the cannon was aimed at Thor standing some distance away. The barrel glowed with plasma buildup, the air around it distorting from the heat, the fleet’s power focused on one devastating shot.

Thor remained motionless, not moving an inch as the god-level plasma attack was fired against him. The beam lanced out, a brilliant streak of energy cutting through space like a spear of light, aimed straight for his heart.

Space shook, as the attack connected on Thor cleanly, swallowing him whole. The explosion bloomed like a miniature sun, shockwaves rippling through the void, shaking the fleet’s shields.

"You see? No one can match our god-rank cannon. Not even a god," the boss bragged to his subordinate, a smile on his face. He leaned forward, eyes glued to the scanners, satisfaction swelling in his chest like a victorious lucky draw.

"I will give the rest of you the last chance to surrender or suffer the same fate as your ally," he communicated to Loki and the others, his voice booming through the speakers, laced with triumphant arrogance.

Loki, Ignis, and Rhaigon ignored the boss’s warning. They had no reason to listen to insects. Their expressions remained unchanged, the dragons’ scales shimmering unmoved, Loki’s smirk only widening at the pirate’s hubris.

"Tsk. Arrogant fools. Fire the next attack at them!" The boss commanded, pissed at being ignored by Loki and his allies. His face twisted in rage, slamming the console again, the bridge crew scrambling to recharge the cannons.

"B...bo.. boss," the second in command called out to his boss, his voice trembling, face paling as he stared at the monitors.

"What?" The boss asked, looking at his assistant, irritation turning to confusion.

His eyes traced the fingers of his assistant to outside the spaceship. The very spot where Thor should have been obliterated to nothing. But to his dismay and everyone in the ship, Thor stood still, unharmed by the attack, the lightning around him intensifying even further. Bolts danced across his body, his cape billowing, the god of thunder’s presence now a storm ready to unleash.

"You were warned," Thor said calmly, casually throwing Mjolnir toward the spaceships. The hammer spun through space, trailing lightning, its path a streak of divine fury.

"Deploy the shield!" The boss said, panic in his voice, his smugness shattered like glass.

A shield appeared, covering the spaceships as every crew prepared for impact. The energy barrier hummed to life, glowing blue, the fleet’s last line of defense against the unknown.

Mjolnir flew infinitely close to them, as they all held their breaths, hoping the shield would stop the attack. The hammer approached like a comet, the air distorting around it.

They weren’t allowed to think any further. Mjolnir passed through the shield like a spear hitting a soap bubble. The barrier shattered with a crackle, energy fizzling out harmlessly.

The hammer of Thor crashed into the spaceship, obliterating them all to nothing in an instant. The lead ship exploded in a fireball, chain reactions ripping through the fleet, debris scattering into the void like cosmic confetti.

No chance to think of a backup plan, everyone within the spaceships were obliterated to nothing by the casual attack of Thor’s hammer. Screams cut short, hulls vaporized, the pirates’ greed ending in a flash of thunder.

Thor stretched his hand, Mjolnir returning to his grip. The hammer flew back with a crack of lightning, settling in his palm as if the destruction was a minor inconvenience.

"Let’s be on our way then," Thor said, returning to his mount as they continued their journey. The group moved on, the debris field behind them a silent testament to their power, the universe swallowing the remnants without a trace.
