Mu Chenfeng hadn’t expected Qianxun to firmly grasp the chair in his hand just as things came to a head and swiftly kick his wrist.
Mu Chenfeng, in pain, released his grip and his body bent over as he clasped his kicked wrist.
At this moment, the interviewers were also alerted.
"What happened?" the interviewers exclaimed in unison.
Qianxun, having heard them, set down the chair and apologized with a resigned expression, "I’m sorry, because I just got a call from home forbidding me from studying abroad. Since Student Mu was exactly the sixth person, I told him the good news that he could now go abroad. The interviewers, though not understanding Chinese, could discern his malice towards Qianxun from Mu Chenfeng’s contorted expression.
At that point, a female interviewer turned to a nearby student, "What is he saying?"
Once the student translated Mu Chenfeng’s words with a look of disgust on his face.
The female interviewer, already a feminist, was immediately infuriated.
