Lines spread across the surface like a spider's web. The solid ice broke apart, creating numerous deep fissures that snaked across the arena.
The earthquake's shockwaves sent shards of ice flying and caused wide, jagged cracks to open up. The ice shattered with a loud roar, and the fissures widened, threatening to swallow anything in their path.
At this time, the opponent was finally alerted. It tried to take a side step to avoid the fissure from consuming him.

"Such lowly poison is incapable of harming me!"
"Ugh, you were better off being mute earlier. Now you are just a nuisance and a rambling idiot." Xu Feng shrugged, taking out a piece of herb.
After using Sacred Fire to burn the herb slightly, he promptly dropped it into the pit that his opponent was trapped in.
Once that was done, Xu Feng turned around and ran away as fast as possible.
His speed was so insanely fast that one could even start seeing an afterimage of him.
As for the opponent, it refused to believe some poison could take him down.
With a wave of his staff, he unleashed a large-scale spell, hoping to widen the fissure to allow him to get out. The sooner he got out of the pit, the sooner he would be able to kill Xu Feng for the third time.
He was truly enraged by Xu Feng's petty tricks.
However, his activation of the spell was unleashed simultaneously as the burning herb fell into his pit.

The opponent's defiant spellcasting faltered as he started to cough and gasp, struggling to draw breath amidst the intensified poison.
The pit, now a swirling cauldron of lethal fumes, turned into a nightmarish trap. The once-cool, calculated poison became a relentless, consuming force, leaving the opponent no chance to escape or counter the deadly assault.
He attempted to cast a barrier to block off the poisonous mist from entering his body any further.
However, it was a little bit too late by then. Had he cast a protective barrier from the start, then it might still have a chance to live.
Unfortunately, his ego and underestimation of Xu Feng's ability resulted in this disgusting defeat.
