After teasing the division and grading for a brief moment, Xu Feng still hadn't discovered the true objective.
The system simply told him to maintain the Battleship Lux position at the top, but that was extremely vague. Being at the top could mean so many different things for each person. It was hard to determine what was the top and what was not.
As for limiting the crew casualties rate to 20%, Xu Feng couldn't even have enough clearance to access the database to check how many people were living in the Battleship Lux.
Battleship Lux's size wasn't miniature at all and could easily fit tens of thousands or more people.
'It appears I can't just idle around in the dorm and wait for some crisis to happen.' Xu Feng furrowed his brows. The scene of this particular trial was designed to be a pain in the butt to succeed.
What was troubling to him was the third objective: Don't Die.
The condition may sound simple on the surface, but upon pondering deeper in depth, then the word "die" could also mean a lot more things.
A person could have their dream die, their value die, their joy die, etc.
All those were examples that could mean they died, but also not really.
Even a vegetative patient can't be considered dead since they are still breathing, but everyone knew the chance of them waking up was extremely slim.
"No, I need to stop overthinking." Xu Feng shook his head and took a deep breath.
The longer he pondered over the vague objectives, the more complicated he had made things become. The system wanted to get to his head and wanted to mentally tax him.
Otherwise, the time ratio wouldn't have been so long with 1 day being in the Divine World meaning 1 month in this simulation scene 3 of the Interstellar Era.
By that chain of logic, it was clear that he would definitely have to stay in the simulation for a month. He couldn't log out since logging out meant failing the Origin Trial. Added to the fact that the long duration of using the gaming capsule was detrimental to his actual body in the real world even though it had its own healing properties.
'Wait a minute… the gaming capsule has its own healing properties. Then wouldn't that mean the battleship we're on has its own as well?' Stunned, Xu Feng then placed his hand on the window and gazed at the galaxy.
His perception had been wrong from the start. The Cleric healing the Commander of the Battleship or important individual was never the main priority, but rather the very battleship they were living in.
So what if the Commander was healthy?
If the Battleship Lux died or malfunctioned, then everyone was doomed to die anyway!

He placed his palm on the wall, curious about the material used in its construction.
"Quite sturdy," he murmured, then gave it a light kick.
To his surprise, the impact was effortlessly absorbed by the wall, leaving no mark. After some careful investigation, he realized that beneath the sleek exterior lay layers of interstellar battleship-grade alloy, the material was designed to withstand high-impact forces, radiation, and even minor explosions.
'Not the hardware, but could it be the software?' He wondered silently.
Just when he wanted to investigate further, his watch made a few beeping sounds. As he turned it on, a hologram depicting an elderly man was on full display.
The elderly man was clad in a uniform decorated with medals and held a solemn expression. "Good evening to all new Trainees in the Medical Division. I'm your Supervisor, Harvey. All Trainees are to head over to the fifth floor of the infirmary section. You have 10 minutes to show up and if you fail to show up, consider yourself expelled."
Shortly after the statement was made by Harvey, the hologram closed. It was evident that Harvey was merely making an announcement impromptu and wanted to see who could react in time of an emergency.
At this moment, Xu Feng finally understood what was going on. Whenever he seemed to be investigating or getting close to something, there just so happened to be a "chance" coincidence that he needed to deal with something else.
While he was investigating the herbs and wondered what they could be used for, Assistant Coordinator Aera showed up unannounced. Then when he got over that part and planned on investigating the Battleship Lux condition, he was summoned— this time by someone from his Division.
In other words, the excuse he used to deny Aera couldn't be used here. Not only was Harvey his Division Supervisor, but the threat of being expelled was also most likely to go through this time.
'They really are trying to drown me in side quests.' Xu Feng furrowed his brows and began heading toward the fifth floor.
Thankfully, he had memorized the layout of the Battleship Lux beforehand. Otherwise, he might seriously be late and end up failing.
Sometime later, Xu Feng arrived at the fifth floor of the infirmary section.
And to his surprise, Trainees were separated into two different parts. What was more astonishing was that the supposedly cold Assistant Coordinator Aera was present.
She was standing on the left side, and one of the Trainees on her side, Xu Feng recognized them to be the same person that she had called out from earlier.
'Huh, so it was a chain of story event.' Although he suspected something was amiss, he didn't expect to be correct.
The Trainees who followed Aera seemed more nervous as opposed to the right side, who were immersed in their own world.
