With Zhao Kai remaining so unaware of the players within Divine World, it goes without saying that he was the type to be in the dark forever.
Except his luck was great and as such, he would be informed by his great buddy, Xu Feng. Otherwise, Zhao Kai would seriously die without knowing when or how.
"Kai, let me ask you this. If I were to solo the Colossus, then do you think I can take it down?" Xu Feng asked softly.
Almost immediately, Zhao Kai responded. "Of course, you can. Others might doubt you, but I don't."
His response was so fast that it didn't even take him any second to think before answering.
"Then do you see my name being on DataSeer's list?"
As soon as Xu Feng raised that question, Zhao Kai's eyes quickly darted back to the post. Sure enough, he re-read it more than twice and failed to see Xu Feng's name on the list.
Whether it was Lin Feng or Cool Wind, none of these two aliases used by Xu Feng was listed on it.
"Huh, is this DataSeer stupid then?" Zhao Kai retracted his previous opinion of DataSeer. He had thought the person was clever and analytical, but to not even include Xu Feng's name on the list meant that he was just a fraud.
How could his buddy not be on the list?
Although Xu Feng was appreciative of his high remarks on him, he still corrected his words.
"It's not that he's stupid, but that he lacked the necessary data."
"What do you mean by that?" Confused, Zhao Kai shrugged in response.
"The large-scale raid you did, and the subsequent suppression of the enemy's siege, followed by the all-out guild war. Which of those feats aren't enough to depict you as strong?" He argued.
Nodding, Xu Feng didn't deny those achievements. It was just that Zhao Kai missed a teensy tiny problem. None of those achievements were completed alone. Not to mention, he was always standing behind the scenes and leading people without physically being on the front.
"Nobody ever witnessed my skill in public." Xu Feng smiled. "Without any data available to even analyze. How could DataSeer simply put my name on the list?"
"Hmm, I guess you're right." Zhao Kai pursed his lips. Indeed, other than him and a few others in the guild who knew how terrifying Xu Feng was.
The public only knew him as the acting guild leader and a healer who supported him.
Healers were commonly known as healbots and supporters who couldn't deal high damages. Thus, it was unimaginable for a healer to be capable of soloing a monster, especially when it was at the caliber of a Colossus.
"So don't mind the list that DataSeer posted. They are still a talented individual to discover this much." Xu Feng said.
His expression was rather calm despite discovering this player. He had no recollection of them, but that didn't mean they weren't great or popular either.
His memories could only store so much information. Too many other talented people could slip away from his mind.
"Are you trying to scout DataSeer then?" Zhao Kai suddenly asked. "You're making that face again when you want to rope some people in."
"I do intend to scout DataSeer, but not to the point of being desperate." Xu Feng responded honestly.
The truth was that DataSeer analysis had impressed him, but it wasn't exactly amazing. The fact that DataSeer tried its best to prove its point by overexplaining its conclusion meant they were somewhat lacking confidence.
And this lack of confidence was probably related to their limited information gathering.
With that in mind, Xu Feng decided to send them a private message using his Cool Wind aliases.
If it was made that the Guild Leader personally scouted, then it might bring too much attention and pressure.
Additionally, if news were to spread, then it wouldn't be a good light for the Vanguard Guild. Claims and rumors such as the Vanguard Guild was lacking talents and needed to scout individuals would become the topic.
On the surface, the Vanguard Guild appeared mysterious and full of talents.
Therefore, Xu Feng could not afford to shatter that kind of misconception with his own hands. Only a foolish leader would reveal their true situation to others.
Meanwhile, using Cool Wind was a different story. As the supposed honorary elder, it would make sense why Cool Wind might take the initiative to recruit someone whom he found interesting or talented.
As the message was sent, there was no response from DataSeer immediately.
"I doubt DataSeer would join our guild, Feng." Zhao Kai suddenly said. "I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but DataSeer is definitely the type to act solo."
"OneManMedia was like that as well. Hence, their first two words in the name OneMan. But didn't he still join us in the end?"
"That OneManMedia is just a poser and was driven by circumstances. DataSeer is another type."
"Oh, and how do you know that?" Curious, Xu Feng was intrigued by Zhao Kai's input. It was the first time Zhao Kai went against his opinion.

"I see, then shall we head to another location." Xu Feng wasn't interested in prying further and suggested they head to another city.
"Huh, but there's still two Colossus left here." Startled, Zhao Kai turned and pointed at the two mighty Colossus.
"Those two are just reproduction ones. They don't give rewards and are just a strong punching bag without the main one." Xu Feng responded.
He then shared the news that 3 cities had already fallen. The 3 fallen cities were quite unlucky as they had to deal with 7 Colossus. However, that wasn't even the worst tragedy yet.
"The players in those 3 cities have received heavy penalties, and we received a commission from the Silver Wind Guild."
