Rejected and Claimed by her Alpha Triplets Chapter 249

The moment I stepped into my chambers, I slammed the door so hard the sound echoed through the hall. I didn’t care. The guards outside could hear it, the maids could whisper about it, I didn’t care. My blood was boiling.

I clenched my fists and paced the room like a caged wolf, my boots dragging over the stone floor. Every step made the anger rise again. I could still hear their voices, calm, firm, full of authority, as they told me I couldn’t see her.

Even thinking her name made something twist deep in my chest. I’d never felt anything like it before, that pull, that heat under my skin, my tattoo burning so hard, that strange pulse that grew stronger when I saw her. It wasn’t lust. It wasn’t curiosity. It was something deeper. Something old. Something I couldn’t name.

But the moment they told me to leave her, that same power inside me had flared. My heart had raced. My senses sharpened. My wolf had growled, wanting to fight, to take her, to protect her, even though I didn’t know why.

Who the hell was she to me?

I stopped and hit my palm against the wall. The pain grounded me, but only a little. My mind kept circling the same thoughts: the strange energy I’d felt when our eyes met, the warmth in my blood, the whisper of something familiar in her scent.

"Damn it," I muttered under my breath. "What are you to me, Lisa?"

I couldn’t let it go. I couldn’t stop thinking about her.

The door creaked open behind me, and my guard stepped in. It was Luke, my Beta, loyal, quiet, and smart enough to know when to speak and when to stay silent. He bowed his head.

"Alpha Thorne," he said carefully. "You’re not sleeping?"

I turned to him, still breathing hard. "Obviously."

He hesitated, glancing around the room like he could smell the tension hanging in the air. "You look angry, Alpha."

"I am angry," I said sharply. "Those triplets think they can order me around like a pup. I went there to claim what’s mine, or at least to understand what’s calling to me, and they had the nerve to stand in my way."

Luke tilted his head slightly. "Was it about the girl? Lisa?"

I froze, then nodded. "Yes. The girl." My voice dropped lower. "There’s something about her, Luke. I can’t explain it. When I saw her... I felt something inside me wake up. My strength rose, like I’d been half-dead all these years and she was the thing that made me whole again."

He frowned. "You think she’s your mate?"

I shook my head quickly. "No. It’s not that. It’s... different. It’s stronger. I don’t know how to describe it. But I know she’s connected to me somehow. I don’t know."

Luke crossed his arms. "And the triplet Alphas, they refused to let you see her?"

"They said she needed rest," I growled. "That she’s recovering. That she’s not well enough to meet anyone. As if I’m some stranger!" I paced again, heat rising in my neck. "I could feel her calling to me. I know she felt it too. I saw the way she looked at me. But they stood there like walls, blocking me."

Luke nodded slowly. "They are known to be protective, Alpha. Especially of their people."

"I don’t care," I snapped. "Something isn’t right. They know who she is, or what she is, and they’re hiding it from me."

He stayed quiet for a moment. Then he asked, "What will you do now?"

I stopped pacing and looked at him. My chest rose and fell fast. "We’re not done," I said finally. "You’ll schedule another meeting with them."

"Another?" He frowned.

"I said schedule it," I cut in. My voice was cold, final. "I don’t care how they feel about me. I need answers, and I’ll get them."

He nodded. "Yes, Alpha."

"Also," I added, walking toward the window. Outside, the moonlight spilled over the forest, silver and cold. "Dig deeper. I want everything there is to know about Lisa. How long has she been with them? Where she came from. Who her parents were. Everything. I don’t care how far back you have to look, find it."

Luke hesitated. "That might not be easy. The triplets guard their people closely, and you know how ruthless they are. We can’t afford to clash with them right now."

"I didn’t ask for easy," I said, turning to face him. My eyes burned with the weight of my fury. "I asked for results."

He bowed his head. "Understood, Alpha."

I exhaled and rubbed my temples.

When Luke left, the door clicked softly behind him, and silence filled the room.

But the silence didn’t calm me. It made everything worse. My anger didn’t fade; it grew. Every breath I took felt like fire in my chest. I wanted to destroy something, to scream, to tear down walls.

My hands clenched so tight my knuckles turned white. I could feel my wolf pacing inside me, restless, furious.

Let me out, he growled. You’re holding too much in.

"Not now," I muttered, running a hand through my hair. But my voice shook. I wasn’t in control anymore.

The next second, pain shot through me, sharp, hot, tearing. My bones cracked, my breath caught, and before I could stop it, I shifted.

The sound of it filled the room, bones snapping, muscles stretching, claws scraping against stone.

I roared, the anger pouring out of me in a wild, raw sound that shook the walls. My vision blurred, my mind split between fury and confusion.

My reflection in the mirror across the room.

Not dark anymore. Not the black wolf I had always been.

Silver. My fur shimmered like moonlight, bright and alive. My eyes glowed faintly blue-white, fierce and unearthly.

I froze, chest heaving. "What..." My voice was a low growl, even in my own head. "What is this?"

My wolf’s voice answered, deep and calm. You’ve changed. You’re stronger now.

I took a slow step forward, the ground vibrating faintly beneath my paws. I could feel everything, the heartbeat of the room, the air moving through the cracks, the faint hum of power in my blood. Fınd the newest release on 𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡~𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙚~𝙣𝙚𝙩

"This can’t be real," I whispered, my voice shaking. But even as I said it, I knew it was.

I could feel it, power pulsing under my skin, hot and alive. My anger wasn’t just an emotion anymore; it was energy.

I turned toward the table, still breathing hard, and something strange happened. The candle that burned there flickered... then blew out, even though there was no wind.

I blinked. Then it burst back into flame.

My heart pounded faster. I hadn’t touched it. I hadn’t even moved.

I growled low. "What is happening to me?"

My wolf only laughed softly inside me.

I shifted back slowly, the pain fading into exhaustion. Sweat ran down my skin, my heart still racing. When I looked down, faint silver light still pulsed along my veins.

I moved my hand again, just testing, and the chair beside the bed scraped slightly across the floor.

I stared at it, breath catching. "No way..."

I tried again, thinking move. The chair slid another inch.

It wasn’t luck. It wasn’t air. It was me.

I let out a shaky laugh, half disbelief, half wonder. "This isn’t normal."
