Jiang Biyun could not contain her rage, “Monster!”
She grabbed the insulated cup from the desk and hurled it towards Ming Yao.
That throw looked as if it would crack Ming Yao’s forehead.
Ming Yao caught a glimpse of Ming Wan standing at the door through the corner of her eye, and just as the insulated cup was about to hit her, she swiftly dodged aside.
With a bang, the insulated cup struck Ming Wan’s forehead.
“Ah!” Ming Wan cried out in pain, clearly not expecting that the insulated cup thrown by her mom would hit her in the head.

Ming Yao’s lips curled into a sneer, “Mrs. Jiang, it seems you are mistaken, wasn’t it you who injured Ming Wan’s forehead?”
“Who told you to dodge? The one I wanted to smash was you!”
Ming Yao looked down and smiled shallowly, her radiant face carrying an undisguisable mockery, “Ming Wan is your daughter, am I not?”
A trace of guilt flashed in Jiang Biyun’s eyes, but she quickly regained her composure and berated loudly, “Look at yourself, what sort of behavior is this? If you were half as sensible and talented as Wanwan, your father and I wouldn’t treat you like this!”
