Adam didn’t say he wouldn’t go, but he carefully pursed his lips and gently hooked her fingers, "Then you will accompany me."
The doctor witnessing this displayed the first time, the cold and iron-blooded, decisive big boss showing such childlike pleading. It startled him so much that he shuddered.
Although the subordinate manner he had seen the boss in was a kind of warning, preventing him from being too shocked by anything, he was still startled by the boss’s demeanor, which was completely at odds with his usual aloof and haughty image.
