"Everyone who comes here has a task for me." The man sitting inside was playing with a glass of wine in his hands while looking at the sky from the balcony. His eyes seem lost. He did not turn to look at Nora when she entered the room. As if her presence was not important.
Nora took out the bundle of cash she had collected so far and placed it on the table.
"I want you to create an issue against the Stone family. Strong enough that they could not save themself." The man paused slightly but he kept playing with the glass in his hands.
"The cost will be.."
"I have already placed the cost on the table. It is up to your standards." that finally stopped the man. He turned and looked at the table. Three neat bundles of notes were waiting for him here. With a wry smile he was about to refuse when he noticed a large chocolate among them and a frown appeared on his lips.
"It is just for your sweet tooth." she whispered when he walked toward the table and picked up the chocolate first.
"Who are you?" Only now did he notice that the customer was too young. "Are you even eligible to be in the bar or hiring me?" Nora’s muscles tightened. That was one of the reasons she had covered her face.
"I am twenty. And talking about rules and laws did not suit you. I will wait for the task to be done. And I have hired someone else to help you too." she did not wait for him to continue or confirm the promise. With his behavior, she knew that he would complete the task as long as he had taken the money.
But she had only walked a few steps when the man caught up to her and held her by her elbow. Nora froze. She knew the consequences of coming here in advance. But she still wanted to take the risk. She had self harmed too many times but each time the news was stopped from circulation. She did not know how they would lose their image.
And if that did not happen, she had to affect the company, but she did not want it. She wanted the company for herself. That would be the second part of her revenge.
But they have to lose their name, the image they were so proud of! She wanted to destroy it.
"If you do not want to take it, you can refuse the order. I will hire someone else but do not touch me arbitrarily." all her hatred seems to be mixed in that sentence. The man took his hand back when she looked at him with hatred filled eyes. She left in front of his eyes.
"Ha! Hahahaha.. Even now I can not control my emotions. How have I even made a name in this career." he stared at the empty stair for a minute when the waiter who had passed her the drink entered. He looked worried too.
"Who was that girl?" he asked with a complex look on his face when he saw the man standing at the stairs. "She is not our customer yet she knows about you. Not only that, her voice felt too young. I was hoping it was a coincidence. But... who was she?" The man shook his head, making the waiter frown.
"Should I inform the boss?" The man placed his hand in the pocket where he had placed the chocolate to follow her in a hurry. He touched it as if it was a treasure.
"No need! She was here only to give a simple task and she had paide decently." the waiter frowned. Seems to not believe it. He went to the room and was stunned to check the neat bundle of notes on the table.
"Even at the counter, she had paid twice the amount. Looks like we have found a new customer." he chuckled and left the room without caring further.
"Yes, a generous one at that."

Nora only released her breath when she sat inside the taxi. Her hands were sweaty and her face was red. She closed her eyes and let the cold air calm her. The bar was nothing but hiring underworld to do dirty deeds for you. She could have asked to kill her uncle and aunt but that would be too easy.
"Fame, money, company, family, life." She counted it one by one on her fingers and only then did she feel better.
When she reached the house. She slipped into the house from the dog hole she had left. She took a breath of relief when no one noticed her absence. The trip had exhausted her bones. She did not realize when she fell asleep.
When she woke up, the sun was already up for a long time. She was stunned to see it was already 11am. She sat up with a start and hurriedly washed herself and left the room.
Mr Jhonson and Mrs Jhonson were nowhere to be seen.
"Miss, would you have your breakfast first?" a maid noticed Nora had come downstairs and asked politely.
"Where is everyone?" she asked the maid who brought water for her.
"Mr Jhonson and Mrs Jhonson left to attend lunch. Master will be in his room." Nora nodded and left for Victor’s room.
"Victor?" Nora called as she knocked on the door but she did not hear any reply. After waiting for a second she entered the empty room. She was looking around at the neatly arranged prizes and walked to them.
She knew that Victor was famous but she had no idea he had won so many prizes. She heard the sound of running water and started looking at the prizes. There were photographs behind it. Each time he had won a prize, a picture was clicked to cherish that moment. His parents were holding him in their arms while he smiled for the camera with a big smile. Their family looked so warm and kind. Something she never had in this life..
