"Did... Did this Beast just upgrade itself to the Mythical stage?!"
Lincoln asked, his voice laced with mild horror.
Monica and the Dean exchanged a bewildered glance, then turned their attention to Christopher.
’How powerful is this kid?’ Monica pondered, her mind reeling.
"Stop asking questions..." Christopher took a deep breath, the air whistling as he exhaled. "Kill all these beasts." He commanded, his tone flat and absolute.
Lincoln’s laughter echoed through the arena, a hollow, mocking sound.
"Who do you think you are?! Kill him!!" He ordered his dragons, but a chilling silence followed. He turned to them, his face twisting in confusion, only to see them trembling, their eyes wide with primal fear.
Before the humans, the two beasts beside Christopher appeared ordinary, but to the dragons, they were harbingers of death.
’Master! Run!’ The largest dragon communicated telepathically, its voice a frantic plea.
’Run?! Why the hell would I do that?!’ Lincoln retorted, his anger flaring.
’Master... These two beasts are Divine stage. One is ten times stronger than all of us combined, and with that blood wolf, we’re at a severe disadvantage.’
Lincoln’s face paled, his eyes widening in horror. ’Two... Two Divine stage beasts?! Who is this guy?!’
Before he could process the information, a blur of motion caught his eye.
Lucas vanished, while Lazarus and Reaper charged forward, their forms a terrifying spectacle.
’Too late, master. We’ve offended king-level beasts. The others will defend, but I’ll get you out of here!’
Lincoln clenched his fists, his gaze fixed on the approaching beasts. "You’re right. Staying here is suicide."
The wind whipped around them, and the purple cat reappeared beside Christopher.
Lincoln turned to see five of his dragons plummeting to the ground, deep claw marks marring their necks. The impact shook the arena, a resounding THUD!
He staggered back, his face ashen, and vomited a mouthful of blood.
The oppressive pressure that had gripped the arena vanished, but no one dared to move. Teachers and students alike were frozen, their faces etched with horror.
"How... How did a perfect stage beast kill five Mythical stage beasts in seconds? It’s impossible! They didn’t even resist!" Chloe whispered, her voice trembling.
"Katherine! Why didn’t you tell us your brother was this powerful?!" Bella demanded, shaking Katherine, who sat in stunned silence.
’How did Big brother become so powerful?!’ Katherine and Adonis thought in unison, their minds numb.
’This?! How did Christopher get so strong?!’ Adrian thought, his fists clenched, his teeth gritted.
"Phew! Thank goodness we didn’t challenge them. Christopher alone would wipe us out." The girl beside him sighed, wiping sweat from her brow.
"Yeah... Now I know why Chloe didn’t want to challenge. She must have known his strength." The guy added.
Adrian’s face flushed with anger, but he swallowed his pride. Christopher was beyond his reach, a force he couldn’t comprehend.
"Why are you back?" Christopher asked, turning to Lucas.
Before the stunned audience, Lucas shifted to her non-combat form, leaped onto Christopher’s shoulder, and settled there.
’If I went all out, they wouldn’t have any fun, and Reaper would never let me hear the end of it.’ Lucas replied telepathically.
Christopher nodded slowly, then turned to Advika, who stared at him with a mix of admiration and confusion.
"Can you get me a seat?"
Lincoln nearly choked on his own rage. He had lost five Mythical beasts, and the opponent was asking for a seat.
Christopher snapped his fingers, and a throne materialized behind him. He casually sat down, crossing his legs.
’From today on, no one will dare look down on me or my family. Even the number one family will have to show us respect. Showing a fraction of my strength isn’t a bad thing. To these students, this is my full strength, but after I resurrect Grim... then.’
He clenched his fist. ’Those fools, and the golden organization will know true terror.’
Christopher looked up as the black dragon picked up Lincoln, and soared into the sky, while the remaining four dragons charged towards Lazarus and Reaper.
Reaper roared in rage, and leaped into the air with a sonic boom, cracking the ground behind it.
Christopher, Lazarus, the dragons, and everyone present were stunned.
The dragon looked around, only to see Reaper’s claws hurtling towards it.
With a desperate maneuver, it evaded the claws and accelerated.
’Go! We need to escape!’ Lincoln screamed inwardly, clinging to the dragon’s horns.
"Escaping? Is that even possible with me around?" Christopher asked, his voice laced with mild curiosity, as he watched Reaper plummet back to the ground.
"Reaper! [Breath of Destruction]!!"
Reaper twisted in midair, facing the fleeing dragon, and unleashed a torrent of red sonic energy.
The dragon looked back, its eyes widening in horror as the attack closed in.
The attack tore through the dragon’s right wing, leaving a charred, mangled mess.
The beast roared in agony, then plummeted to the ground.
Reaper landed on its feet, its eyes fixed on the dragon, which had wrapped Lincoln in its remaining wing.
They crashed into the ground, creating a mini-crater, smoke and dust billowing into the sky.
The Dean was speechless, his gaze turned to Lazarus. At that moment, everyone’s attention shifted to the rhinoceros, who sat before the four dead dragons, now in his non-combat form.
"Are these two really perfect-stage beasts? Or is Christopher a demon!" The Dean exclaimed, his voice filled with disbelief.
Lincoln crawled from the wreckage of his dragon, his face streaked with blood.
Leon rushed to his father’s side, helping him to his feet.
"You! I will make you pay for this!!" Leon hissed, his eyes burning with hatred and killing intent.
"You two are rather annoying. I was going to spare you, but you forced my hand."
Christopher stood up, walking towards the father and son.
"What? What are you going to do?!" Leon demanded, his eyes locked on Christopher.
