I searched for an angle to prove her lying but there wasn’t one. What else could explain her being so sure we’re mates? It was true
I wonder how many ways are there to kill her? My wolf said I would go with the slowest, the most painful.
I didn’t answer as I forced myself to shrug nonchalantly "Frankly, you an have him" I forgot about the ice cream. I was so stupid, Of course Ethan wouldn’t care! why did I think he would?
How could I have convinced myself it wasn’t just his wolf? He wouldn’t get hurt if I was with Xavier, he wouldn’t care as long as he has Whitney. And I would be an idiot if I let a good guy who actually cares about me slip away because I was scared about hurting a jerk’s feelings
