Behind the banquet hall was a garden.
In the middle of the garden stood a beautifully crafted three-story antique-style building.
People entered the building and came to a room where they saw a man lying on the bed, convulsing, his complexion dark and morbid.
What was more eerie was that despite being only in his twenties, he emanated an air of decay.

Zhou Yu was taken aback, then he immediately released his "Divine Sense", carefully probing.
By this time, Qi Dingjiang had already put away the silver needles.
"I have temporarily suppressed his condition," he said.
"Next, I must continue the treatment, but during it, I do not want him here."
Qi Dingjiang pointed at Zhou Yu, ordering coldly.
"Also, she must stay," he added.
Qi Dingjiang might have been unable to deal with Zhou Yu, but he had strong leverage over Yu Kaiping.
Yu Kaiping had no choice but to heave a sigh in the face of Qi Dingjiang’s demands.

Zhou Yu wrapped his arm around her shoulder, speaking softly,

"If you don’t want to stay, I’ll take you away with me."
Upon hearing this, Gongsun Lu immediately jumped out.
He pointed angrily at Zhou Yu.
"Boy, this is our family affair, none of your business, now get lost."
Zhou Yu narrowed his eyes, looking at Gongsun Lu.
Gongsun Lu’s complexion changed, scared on the inside but still trying to maintain a tough exterior while locking eyes with Zhou Yu.
"What, you want to make a move again?" he challenged.
"Let me tell you, my uncle has a close relationship with the governor."
"If you dare to act recklessly again, a simple call from my uncle will bring the governor’s people here."
"No matter how powerful you are, you surely wouldn’t dare to confront the governor, would you?"
"Uncle, why not call the governor right now?"
Yu Kaiping glared at Gongsun Lu, then took a deep breath and looked at Zhou Yu.
"Mr. Zhou, I apologize, but this is my family matter, please do not intervene any further; I will have someone escort you out," he said.
Zhou Yu’s face was expressionless as he replied,
"If I leave, I will take Lanlan with me."
"Mr. Zhou, please don’t make this difficult for me," he pleaded.

Qin Lan hurriedly wiped her tears away.
"It’s okay, Zhou Yu, just go, don’t worry about me," she said.
Qin Lan did not want Zhou Yu to offend the governor.
Saying this, she tried to forcefully push Zhou Yu out.
But Zhou Yu did not budge.
His gaze shifted to the bedridden Yu Chenglong.
"Director Yu, have you ever considered something?" he asked.

Yu Kaiping was profoundly shaken.
At that moment, Qi Dingjiang shouted in anger.
"Arrogant youth, I know you have considerable martial arts, but do you understand medicine?" he questioned.
"Daring to spout nonsense without knowledge!!!"
Qin Lan was also surprised but she quickly spoke up,
"Uncle, Zhou Yu’s medical skills are formidable—after all, one of the three great Saint Physicians, Sun Saint Physician, personally admitted that he is inferior to Zhou Yu."
Yu Kaiping’s face registered shock.
"Really?" he questioned.
"Nonsense!" Qi Dingjiang scoffed.
"At his age, unless he started learning the medical arts from inside his mother’s womb, and with just a few years of experience, he dares to claim he’s better than Sun Saint Physician. What a joke."
Yu Kaiping’s eyes momentarily halted, obviously considering Qi Dingjiang’s argument, and turned to Zhou Yu.
"Mr. Zhou, I know you have feelings for my niece, but some things can’t be forced. Please, just leave," he said.
Zhou Yu simply smiled faintly.
"No rush," he replied.
"Whether this old man truly has the skills will become evident with a simple test."
"You used acupuncture just now, right?" he inquired.
"Well, since you claim to understand medicine, why don’t you use those silver needles you just used on yourself and show us!"
Qi Dingjiang’s eyes instantly flashed an undetectable panic, but he maintained a furious demeanor.
"Silver needles should not be misused!"
"Mr. Yu, what are you waiting for? Throw him out immediately."
