Ningjiang was not too far from the provincial capital, usually just an hour’s drive.

The violent explosions and booming sounds thoroughly awakened everyone else on the estate.
Chen Nan swept his gaze around, not rushing toward the villa’s entrance but continuing to grab detonators, sensing where there was activity in the estate and throwing them over.
In no time, the vast estate was filled with the flashes and roars of explosions. Anyone unaware would undoubtedly mistake their surroundings for a battlefield.
With each explosion, several disciples fell, and before long, the entire estate was engulfed in rolling smoke and littered with torn flesh and blood.
Although these disciples were but minions, they did, after all, have guns.
