Shen Weiyi returned to the dormitory and found Qin Zhen was also there.
"Why don’t you go back to your own dorm?"
Ever since the last conflict with Qin Ruo, the latter hadn’t come to their dormitory again.

Shen Weiyi pulled a pendant from her pocket and said, "I went to see Aunt Jing and Little Bao yesterday and left this behind. He just brought it back to me."
"Is that all?" The disappointment was evident in her eyes.
"What else?" Shen Weiyi found it amusing.
"Didn’t he mention what his relationship is with that beautiful girl in the cafeteria?" Qin Zhen was skeptical.
"He did," Shen Weiyi said somewhat helplessly, "She’s his teacher’s daughter."
"I knew it." Qin Zhen had an I-told-you-so look, winking at her, "He even went out of his way to explain it to you, didn’t you say anything?"
"No!" Cutting off her further inquiries, Shen Weiyi directly pushed her out of the dorm, "Okay, hurry on back!"
Qin Zhen left with a disappointed look, casually opening WeChat to reply to something.

Yan Xiaoyue refused, "I’ll pass. I heard the competition in the Student Union is fierce, I don’t want to crowd it. I’m planning to join the Baking Club, so in the future, I can make snacks for you and Yiyi."
Shen Weiyi also shook her head and said, "I’m not planning to sign up either." She didn’t want to stand out or compete with ambitious people.
Fang Jing looked distressed, "I also heard that the competition in the Student Union is fierce. I’m a bit scared to go alone, what should I do?"
Shen Weiyi said, "I heard the interviews for each club are at different times, Xiao Yue and I can come with you to the interview and cheer you on."
