"What’s wrong?" Summer Sutton didn’t see any problem and had ample reason, "I’m already Unity’s mom. If it doesn’t call you dad, then who should it call?"

Breaking free from his embrace, she tried to grab Unity back, but Adrian blocked the bathroom door, refusing to budge.
"It’s just not dry, how big of a deal is that?" Disregarding her words, he shut the bathroom door and trapped her in his arms, leaning down to kiss her.
"It might get sick! You’re supposed to be its dad, how can you be so irresponsible!" Summer dodged, unwilling to comply.
Adrian’s face, which had softened a bit, turned dark again.
He refused to acknowledge this son!
Summer ignored him entirely, pulling the bathroom door open and trying to leave.
Feeling displeased, just as she took a step out, Adrian suddenly lifted her in his arms, slamming the door shut and tossing her into the bathtub.
His actions were simple, rough, and straightforward.
"If you’re bored, there are plenty of things we can do." His handsome face leaned toward her, breathing gently by her ear, he added, "If you like raising things, I’d rather it be a child!"
Looking like her, or like him, both would be fine.
As long as it was theirs.
Knowing what Summer wanted to say, Adrian didn’t even bother to wait for her response.
