Lu Qingxin only turned back around after the two had disappeared from view. She hugged Gu Yancheng tightly and cried loudly.
Lu Qingxin cried her eyes out.
Gu Yancheng gently wrapped his arms around her and comforted her, saying softly, “Qingxin, don’t cry! You break my heart when you cry.”

Gu Yancheng replied dotingly, “Silly girl!”
