"Do you need something from me?"
Okens saw that Faruga finally paid attention to him and responded without hesitation.
"I do."
"No time."
Faruga replied directly, then turned and left.
Okens’ expression froze instantly, his chest tightened, almost causing him to lose his breath.
"Lord Okens, it seems Dr. Faruga is unwilling. What should we do now?"
Su Ming asked, somewhat frustrated.
Okens took a deep breath, calming his agitated heart, and said to Su Ming.
"It’s fine, let’s go find Dr. Betry."
"Okay!"
Su Ming nodded.
Okens led Su Ming and headed to another area.
Soon, they arrived at the Precision Structure Zone of the Mecha Department.
They walked inside, surrounded by busy researchers, everyone moving as if they were cogwheels.
At this moment, an elderly man in a white lab coat, bald with sunken eyes and a taut face, was hurrying over with a group of subordinates.
Seeing this, Okens was delighted and rushed forward, calling out.
"Dr. Betry! Dr. Betry...."
However, Dr. Betry seemed oblivious, ignoring Vice City Lord Okens and walking straight past him.
"You...."
Okens’ face flushed red with anger, prepared to rush forward.
Su Ming quickly grabbed Vice City Lord Okens, urging him to calm down.
"Lord Okens, calm down! You told me not to get angry, remember?"
"I’m so pissed off, damn it, these jerks, who do they think they are?"
Okens cursed loudly.
"My lord, calm down. They’re just a bunch of tech geeks; it’s not worth getting upset and damaging your health."
Su Ming said awkwardly.
"Forget it, I’m not angry anymore."
Okens took deep breaths, calming himself as he gradually suppressed his anger.
Seeing Okens calm down, Su Ming also sighed in relief. If the deal wasn’t made and they started a fight with the scientists at the Xi Guang Laboratory, that would be a huge loss.
"Lord Okens, what should we do next?"
"Let’s go find Dr. Adco."
Okens’ expression changed for a moment before he spoke.
"Alright."
Su Ming nodded.
Okens then took Su Ming and left.
A moment later, Su Ming and Okens arrived at the entrance of a meeting room.
They knocked gently, finding Dr. Adco in the middle of a meeting.
Su Ming and Okens patiently waited at the meeting room door.
After nearly an hour, the meeting room door finally opened.
Su Ming and Okens quickly looked over.
An old man with white hair, black spots on his face, loose skin, and sharp eyes emerged with a group of researchers.
"Dr. Adco, long time no see!"
Okens immediately stepped forward, greeting with a cheerful smile.
"Lord Okens, long time no see. What brings you here?"
Adco looked at Okens, responding with great interest.
"Oh, can’t I come see you without a reason?"
"Just say it if you have business; I’m extremely busy here."
"It’s like this, Major General Su Ming here wants to customize a High-level Fake V Generation Mecha. Could you help us out for my sake?"
Okens said with a chuckle.
"Oh, I see. No, I can’t!"
Adco refused without hesitation.
"Oh dear, I knew you’d say no. I was just joking; the customized mecha request is actually from Lord Gakels."
Okens replied with a hearty laugh, showing no signs of embarrassment.
After hearing Okens’ words, Adco revealed a playful smile.
"Lord Okens, you sure have a sense of humor. But this joke isn’t funny. Next time, just say it’s Lord Gakels’ order. You know very well how packed our schedule is; we don’t have time for custom orders, and generally, we don’t do customizations."
"Alright!"
Okens responded with a cheerful smile.
"By the way, I’m curious about your relationship with this young man; what made you come in person? Is he your relative?"
Adco sized up Su Ming continuously.
"You’re right, he’s my nephew."
Without thinking, Okens replied directly.

Then Adco turned to Su Ming and asked.
"How many materials have you prepared?"

Su Ming took out a handwritten material inventory from his pocket and respectfully handed it to Adco.
Dr. Adco glanced at it and said, satisfied.
"Not bad, you knew to exclude Level 4 Vibranium, and the amount of Eternal Metal you found is decent. You can barely make a decent Fake V Generation Mecha."
"Can we start the customization now?"
Okens asked with a grin.
"Follow me; I’ll take you to make your selections."
Dr. Adco didn’t waste words.
"Great."
Okens and Su Ming responded immediately.
The two followed Dr. Adco to his office.
Soon, they arrived at a simple room.
The entire room was orderly arranged with various mecha components and material samples, along with rows of filing shelves filled with thick documents.
