"Who’s tight with him?" Casper North raised his chin proudly, "I’m only this generous because of how he’s treated me. If he’s gone, finding another generous fool like him won’t be easy."
"Tch." Shea rolled her eyes and reached out to Baby Hawthorne, "Give me half of the money you conned out of Baby Hawthorne, or don’t blame me for telling him everything. You’ll definitely regret it then."
"Dream on." Casper North stated, "I’m not giving money, just my life. If you dare, go tell him now. If he can jump in front of me, then I’ll hand over all that money to him."
Thinking of Baby Hawthorne’s current uncertain state, the mood between the kids grew a bit gloomy.
Just then, the doorbell suddenly rang.
"You go open the door."
Casper North protested, "Why not you?"

The doorbell kept ringing wildly. Casper North glanced at Shea lying on the sofa, sighed helplessly, and beckoned the silly husky, "Dog, go open the door."
The silly husky licked its nose, got up shakily, and went to open the door.
Claire North was already very impatient from waiting.
She was unwilling to come, wishing that both Raina and the two little brats she had could stay as far away from her life as possible.
