She Has Three Little Treasures: Fake Heiress, Yet Captures The Tycoon's Heart Chapter 485

Elias Hawthorne took the tea and drank a sip, raising his hand to touch Leila Foster’s hair: "Good girl, I’ll give you a meeting gift along with your master another day." Then he turned to look at Raina North: "Raina, you’ve chosen quite well for an apprentice."

Raina said: "Elias Hawthorne, you’re not just saying that whoever calls you ’Grandmaster’ is great, are you?"

"How could I be? Only when you’ve taken an apprentice and they call me ’Grandmaster’ will I think they’re great," Elias Hawthorne said gently. "In my heart, you’re the most important."

Jasper Hawthorne exclaimed: "Wow, just a few days and my dear brother has evolved to say sweet talk, impressive, impressive! Looks like my little fourth one will have hope."

Just as she was about to retort to Jasper Hawthorne, her phone rang.

Looking at the flashing number on the screen, Raina couldn’t help but frown, took a deep breath before answering the call.

"Raina, you should come to the hospital quickly, your grandfather’s heart disease has flared up!"

Raina felt her heart sink, without another word, she rushed to the hospital.

Gideon North was already impatiently waiting, and upon seeing Raina, he complained: "Why are you just getting here? Hurry up and check on your grandfather."

As he spoke, he reached out to pull Raina.

Raina sidestepped to avoid him, and before Gideon North could speak again, she stepped forward to consult Doctor Evans about her grandfather’s condition.

Raina flipped through the case files given by Doctor Evans, her brows furrowing: "Why has grandfather’s condition suddenly worsened so much?"

Second Uncle North snorted with sarcasm: "You should ask your dad about that."

Gideon North’s face briefly flashed embarrassment, just as he was about to speak, someone shouted: "Old Master is awake."

The North Family immediately surged to the bedside, babbling questions about Old Master’s condition.

Raina didn’t squeeze in but rather stayed with the case files, studying the surgical plan.

Just as she formed a rough idea, Brenda Adler said: "Raina, your grandfather wants to speak with you."

Raina quickly walked over with the case files, her nose stinging as she looked at the even more aged Old Master North: "Grandfather."

"Raina is here, I know it all. My Raina has made me proud and brought honor to this old face. I truly have no regrets about dying."

Raina teased: "What is this, grandfather? Just wait, I will certainly make you even prouder."

Old Master North laughed heartily: "Good, good, I’m waiting."

Brenda Adler observed the harmonious scene between grandparent and grandchild, pursing her lips. This girl sure has a deft tongue, see how happy she’s made the Old Master.

Old Master North held Raina’s hand: "Raina, there’s one thing I hope you’ll agree to."

"Grandfather, please tell me."

Old Master North insisted: "You must promise me first." New ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ ᴄhapters are published on NoveI★Fire.net

"Alright, I promise you." Seeing the increasingly pronounced wrinkles on her grandfather’s face, Raina felt she would agree to whatever he asked.

"Raina, promise me you won’t interfere in this surgery."

Claire North rode the elevator straight up to the top floor.

Just as she exited the elevator, she noticed a slender figure standing aside.

Her gaze sharpened; it was her — Void, or perhaps the fake Void, Frances Lewis.

Frances Lewis glanced at Raina North: "You’re here, my teacher is waiting for you."

Claire North took a deep breath and followed Frances Lewis inside.

Frances Lewis gently knocked on the door.

"Master Morgan Payne, Miss North is here."

Frances Lewis pushed the door open, making a gesture for Claire North to enter.

Claire North stepped inside, looking at the man behind the desk passionately writing, her hands slightly tightening.

"Master Morgan Payne, what business do you have with me?"

Morgan Payne finished writing a large character, put down the brush, and took the warm towel handed by Frances Lewis to wipe his hands.
