"You... what happened to you?" Su Yun quietly stepped back.
"Big sister..." Su Hai called out softly.
"What... what happened?" Su Yun took a step back. What was wrong with Xiao Hai today? Why was he looking at her with such terrifying eyes?
"You want to see the Qin Family, right? I can let you see them." Su Hai revealed a very faint smile, but it sent shivers down one’s spine.
Su Yun shook her head, asking in disbelief, "You agree?" The more Xiao Hai smiled , the more dangerous it was. What on earth had stimulated him when he went down to the village today?
"Big sister, when you were sent to the countryside, did you get to know Qin Youmin’s comrade?"
"I knew him, why do you bring him up again?" Su Yun was displeased. "He’s been dead for so many years now, what’s the point of bringing it up all the time?"
"Yes! It’s pretty pointless. But I’m just curious, that man died, and you didn’t have any thoughts about it?"
"What thoughts could I have?" Su Yun dismissed the question with a careless smirk, "When I was single, I settled for him, which was already a sacrifice on my part. Having borne him a daughter, I’ve done my duty towards him."

"Have you lost your mind?" Su Hai exploded in fury, "Dad was right, you’ve disgraced our Su Family. I thought you did a decent job in the army, but it turns out you don’t think things through. I really feel sorry for Meng Xingzhi, being your husband must be so hard."
Only now had Su Hai finally seen through his sister’s true nature, selfish and self-serving! For so many years, the Su Family never asked anything of her, instead continuously sacrificing for her.

"You... Su Hai, have you gone mad? If you’re blaming me, at least tell me why?"
"Fine! I’ll show you the reason." Su Hai led the way back to his room.
The two of them were staying in the best room of the guesthouse, which included a bedroom and a small study. As they entered the study, Su Hai unceremoniously threw the documents Su Jiang’s people had sent over right at Su Yun.
Su Yun, puzzled, opened them to find strong and forceful handwriting. At first, she carelessly scanned through quickly, but the more she read, the more shocked and incredulous she became.
"How can this be? Impossible, impossible..." She could hardly hold the documents in her hands, her well-maintained face flushed with panic.
