The atmosphere in Shen Feihu’s office at the Rescue Association was so oppressively dull it was hard to breathe. Meng Xingzhi, with a thermos cup in hand, sat quietly at the head of the table.
Shen Feihu was not as composed. He was in a state of urgency, pacing back and forth in the office. He wanted to pick up the ashtray on the desk to vent, but thinking that President Meng was still there, he decided against it and held back.
"Two days and one night!" Meng Xingzhi suddenly spoke out, causing Shen Feihu to halt in his steps.
"President Meng, why do I have this bad feeling?" Shen Feihu anxiously ran his fingers through his hair, yet when his own son went on a mission to Country S, he hadn’t been this worried.
