Running was difficult, making exploring the new world an impossible task. Thus, their primary goal became adapting to the environment. Fortunately, this was not a particularly difficult task.
Arcueid naturally possessed immense strength, and to avoid causing excessive destruction, restraint had become instinctive. With reduced gravity, it was merely a matter of restraining her strength a bit more, and she quickly got the hang of it.
Shinji didn't have this instinct, but he had undergone Scáthach's body control training, enabling him to adjust his body well.
By the time they left, the two were capable of a considerable degree of combat. They hadn't logged out in time because they were too engrossed in the evenly matched battle.

The login rights Shirou left were only for Shinji, not including Arcueid. Arcueid could enter the fictional world by being attached to Shinji as a Servant.
