When Carl saw Diamond going to the lake, he didn’t think much about it. After all, Diamond loved stopping by everywhere whenever she was at the farm.
Diamond shortly arrived at the body of water that looked three-quarters full. As the water was always being constantly pumped and sent to the water tank, it was inevitable that the lake wouldn’t be full.
However, with the way everything was going, if she hadn’t gotten a water seed, it wouldn’t take long before the water in the lake dried up. And once it did that, closing the farm would be the only solution remaining.
If that were to happen, how would she account for the many workers currently depending on her working on the farm and at the mini grocery shop?
What about her loyal customers who could no longer buy anywhere else? People like Cecilia and her group of housewives were very loyal and every time they would give Agatha and Cindy huge orders for their families.
If the farm was too close, what would she do?
Of course, she now had a Golden Space, but with the farm closed, how could she explain herself?
Other things didn’t need to be exposed or flaunted. A person’s greediness knows no bounds, and she doesn’t want to see herself locked up somewhere because of what she has.
She was still weak compared to other hidden tigers out there.
Standing by the lake, Diamond retrieved the beautiful blue crystal, also known as the water seed, and planted it into the depths of the lake.
She closed her eyes as she started sensing a pool of spiritual energy in the lake. The heavenly replenishing art of hers began to circulate at a very fast speed as it hungrily absorbed the spiritual energy being generated from the seed.
With her eyes closed, she felt her body going through all sorts of changes, and that lasted for about ten minutes before the commotion stopped.
Feeling more energized and stronger, Diamond spread her senses into the lake before suddenly grinning like a lunatic.
At a speed invisible to the naked eye, the water levels were constantly increasing. And the water seed in the middle of the lake kept on pumping energy to its surroundings.
Seeing that, Diamond was now absolutely certain that the farm wouldn’t be suffering that year. And she would be earning quite a lot again. How wonderful that would be!
After dealing with the lake, she went to the water tank, where she dropped another pill. It was because of these pills that all her crops were so delicious and big.
Her chickens were very big and appetizing, even with their feathers on. And since she had plenty of them, parting with one once in a while wasn’t a loss.
There was so much for her to see, so Diamond didn’t hesitate but check her farm, the first asset the system ever gave to her wholeheartedly.
She loved the foundation so much, but if there wasn’t the farm, would she even dare to think that she would make it despite having the system?
There were so many projects currently ongoing on the farm. There were the usual vegetable beds and the other area where other crops were being grown. The ranch area where poultry was mainly the focus at the moment with a bit of cattle, goats and sheep.
There was the herbal area, where the herbs she would need to make the red tea or the beauty cream would be harvested. And lastly, the area which Carl was working on.
In the future, she wanted to see the farm operating 24/7 and at full capacity. And that also means that she would need more employees.
Was it time for her already to build more houses? She couldn’t help but wonder as she returned to the place where she left Carl.
From a distance, Diamond saw Carl spraying the land diligently. Seeing him like that, her heart ached when she thought of disturbing him, so she changed directions and headed for the farmhouse.
It’s been a while since she had eaten, so filling her stomach would do the trick.
At the farmhouse, Diamond took some food from the storage ring, at it before discarding the empty containers back into the storage ring.
While waiting for Carl to be done, Diamond brought up her system interface and began to check the super bodyguard avatar that she had been rewarded with before.
She was planning to bring this super bodyguard with her home before the other bodyguards checked in for work.
"Oh! That’s interesting!" she mused as she looked at the bodyguard avatars available for her to choose from.
So, the avatar was basically a prototype for her to personally create a bodyguard of her own choice.
She was given full authority to come up with the gender, height, and any other personalization details a human being would have.
Looking at what was available, Diamond didn’t want to end up falling in love with a fake human being, so she decided to make her bodyguard a female.
Since she didn’t swing the other side, she wouldn’t have a problem having a female bodyguard beside her.
Diamond’s aesthetics had spontaneously changed ever since she started looking more beautiful with each passing day. So, her choice of bodyguard needed to be beautiful too, but not to the extent of shadowing her.
There was no way she would allow that. According to the system’s standard, she was considered a 9/10, so she made her avatar a 7 just to be safe.
Just like her, her bodyguard was light-skinned with a nice brown skin tone very appealing to the eyes.
Diamond was currently 1.75m tall, so she made her female bodyguard a bit taller than her, 1.78m to be exact.
The bodyguard would have black eyes, and black hair and unlike other female bodyguards who loved short hair, Diamond was no longer a fan of short hair, so she made the hair reach the shoulders at least.
As for her body physique, according to the system, the bodyguard was super. In other words, the strength was super-rated and thrice that of a normal human being.
So, she didn’t need to twerk any settings there. Looking at the body that had formed, she couldn’t help but be envious. By only inputting several details, a lean body had been created with all the curves in the right places.
Just thinking about how she was nine months ago, she couldn’t help but be envious.
