Suddenly people started tagging Ruby to come and explain, rendering the other speechless. She had lived with her sister for years but she had never listened to her singing at least the professional kind.
She didn’t know whether to answer what she knew or just ignore it. However, seeing the number of people tagging her, and knowing her sister, she ended up writing a bold comment.
[R*JWL (V): The number of things will surprise you that my sis is capable of.]
Her statement is a bit vague but who cares? Her sister was too talented. Dancing and singing should be a piece of cake, right?
She crossed her fingers.
Meanwhile, back to the concert, Diamond was brought backstage where the stylists began to get busy again, making sure that every strand of hair was in place and the makeup still on point.
When that was happening, the group had finished the last song and was currently interacting with the fans.
Diamond could hear the fans cheering in response whenever the boys said something to them. That session lasted for ten minutes before the lights went off and the huge screen went on showing a video probably shot during these few days. Diamond had no awareness of the video but the music sounded familiar.
The song she was going to sing was sentimental and invoked strong emotions. It was more of a farewell song between lovers or beloved ones depending on the interpretation.
Diamond took a deep breath as she closed her eyes, waiting for Z to make his appearance, he was the first to start and go to the stage.
He would be the one to introduce her, letting her make her debut.
At that moment, his voice sounded as he sang, his voice tinged with emotion from the word go.

Nervousness was what filled the Perry family members as they watched the concert on the huge screen.
Knowing that Diamond was up to something again, how could they all be at ease?
When they gathered together, rather than watching individually, the TV was connected to the livestream. For those who wanted to comment, they would use their phones.
Everything was well when those EES boys were performing but when Diamond stood up, everyone tensed.
Even Janet was watching the concert with worry. When had she ever seen Diamond singing?
She didn’t want to see her boss embarrassing herself. She just hoped that Diamond wouldn’t mess up. She was playing with the big guns. Her appearance could either build her or bring her down.
It just depends on how she performs right now.
However, when that boy who had been making waves appeared on stage with a video playing on the huge screen showing a love story of some sort, Janet threw her concerns through the window.
How could someone’s voice be so nice?

At this stage those in the Perry house were wondering when Diamond was going to appear, after all, they could tell that she was supposed to be singing this song.
However, as they thought of that, suddenly the scene on the TV changed and started showing Diamond as she walked confidently towards the stage singing, a melodious voice coming out from her mouth startling them so much.
Since when was she that good?
That’s what they could think about.

Diamond made her appearance on the stage, her voice startling the fans who weren’t expecting to see her at all.
In their minds, they were like who is this black girl and how come she could sing fluently in the Gesalsi language like that?
However, that quickly got thrown aside as the next verse both Diamond and Z who finally met on stage sang together, their voice mixing and matching very well, it made those listening to feel scratched in their hearts, their eyes stung as they listened to the emotional lyrics.
[DIAMOND&Z: You smiled despite the weighty air,

The duo sang as they looked at each other, like lovers reminiscing about the past and gazes filled with one another, it made those watching wonder if something was happening between them.

she sang as her voice reached far and deep into the listener’s hearts.
Before they could recover from her beautiful voice, the chorus returned and this time the duo sang together, proving once again to the thousands of people listening that they were quite harmonious.

The two sang the outro standing a distance from each other, their hands in the air as if they wanted to touch and yet far away to do so, showcasing the parting of the two.
When the song ended, there was complete silence not just in the room but from the fans as well.
