The next morning, the system greeted Diamond in the middle of taking a morning shower.
She managed to get some bottles of beauty cream, which she stored happily.
After the bath, she changed into a backless one-piece with sandals. She put some sportswear into her bag alongside training shoes for the training later.
She didn’t forget to add the bottle she got from the hotel in Gesalsi inside.
Once that was done, she picked up the car keys for the car she planned to drive on that day before heading downstairs.
When she arrived, her parents, Garnet and Auntie Grace had just gotten seated.
With her joining, everyone now gathered for breakfast.
Breakfast was hearty and sumptuous. Everyone was satisfied.
After breakfast, Ma and Pa Perry left with Auntie Grace, while Garnet left on her own.
As for Diamond, she left the complex driving the Dentley.
Her first destination was the warehouse. She planned to see how the products came out after getting arranged.
When she arrived, Admire, Cindy, and Agatha were waiting as well.
She had talked to them yesterday before going to bed about meeting them there. As they were the people in charge of the retail shops in her hands, they were the perfect people to leave this matter to.
When the two saw the amount of goods Diamond had prepared, they were dumbfounded. However, they got excited once the shock had vanished. As followers of Diamond, they drooled whenever they saw her enjoying those meals when she was in Gesalsi. So, finally seeing the food they could only look at enviously through the screen on their faces right now, they were quite excited.
"You see how much stock you can take to sell at the current shop. In the future, you add an aisle to the new shop as well. My plan is to open a shop dedicated to these products. So, I want you to put on your calendar another project."
Diamond planned to have them pick one of the remaining shops to sell such products.
The two were happy to receive another project. As for who could take on it, they would discuss it on their own.
Diamond didn’t forget to tell them about her plan to sell these things online.
Diamond had brought her two drones with her. Since the clock was ticking, she didn’t have time to be there and monitor everything, so she left the drone in the hands of Admire, who was instructed to bring it to her at the stadium.
After leaving several instructions to the staff, Diamond left the warehouse with a smile on her face.
She didn’t need to worry about anything going bad in her warehouse. She had put on an array which helped to keep things fresh for some time. It would need to be renewed soon, but for now, it was good.
With this issue settled, Diamond didn’t go straight to the stadium but stopped by the foundation, where she took some food before heading to the stadium.
Meanwhile, at the warehouse, Cindy and Agatha were engrossed in a deep conversation while Admire monitored the drone, which was busy working on its own, or rather being controlled by a hand he couldn’t see.
His job was to make sure the drone safely returned to Diamond’s hands. As for what it was doing, that wasn’t any of his business.
"Do you want to take on this project?"
"It’s a bit tricky, though I am tempted."
"Indeed, by taking it head on, it means that you would need to step aside from the current shops."
"Hehe, I understand it. That’s why I am troubled."
Setting everything aside, the new project was very risky. Since it has never been done before, the risk of failing was the same as that of succeeding. To leave everything that they had worked hard on jumping onto this ship, scared them, although they were filled with anticipation.
After all was said and done, Cindy took a deep sigh as she berated herself inwardly before saying, "I will do it!" volunteering herself.
She still remembers the time she met Diamond, back then. She put her trust in her and started something new she had never done before, but look where it brought them.
It might be scary, but after being on the same job and doing the same thing repeatedly, maybe moving to do something else would give her satisfaction.
Due to the fact that both she and Agatha shared the same status at work, it was quite challenging, though none of them talked about it.
It was like having two roosters in the same chicken yard. If she leads the new project, then she might make a name for herself again and not have to share the success with someone else.
Besides, there was another important factor she didn’t dare share with Agatha. With what she was seeing right now, she could tell that Diamond was determined and very serious about it. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have brought so many products with her.
As long as she does well, she will be rewarded.
On the other side, when Agatha heard that, she was relieved, honestly; she didn’t want to deal with this project at all. She might be happy to be able to eat the food, but selling it when there wasn’t such a market yet was risky.
She didn’t want to suffer Diamond’s wrath. Continuing to deal with the farm products sounded much better. And with Cindy moving elsewhere, it means that she would be in total control. There would be no need to share the success anymore.
However, to not appear eager, she tried to dissuade Cindy and let them do the project together and, after some push and pull, the entire project still ended up landing on Cindy.
With that decided, the two agreed on what should be done. For example, not letting the Gesalsi products be sold in the two shops, but waiting until the new shop was opened.
Cindy was the one who suggested that she didn’t want to watch Agatha becoming greedy later. If the business goes well, Agatha might be tempted to join in.
She would rather start selling online while she waited for the shop to open. It was as simple as that.
Once that decision was made, what remained was writing a report and sending it to Diamond for review.
