Chapter 60: Not Enough Warmth
“There’s not enough warmth…”
“What?”
I muttered that while working in my office. To it, my butler Zeke responded with a questioning look on his face.
“‘Warmth,’ you say… However, aren’t you as intimate as ever with the Madame and Young Miss? Is there something you’re dissatisfied with?”
“There’s no way I’d be dissatisfied with those two. It’s just, I can’t see them during work…”
“In that case, please finish work sooner.”
What a cold butler. Still, even if I finish work early, it’s likely that Mother, who I called for help with Sasha’s childbirth, will snatch my time with them away from me. After all, Mother is simultaneously my friend and my rival.
