270- Big Troubles (闹大了)
While Su Chu was still reflecting on the meaning of Jing Yun Zhao’s words, the surrounding people had already started to surround Jing Yun Zhao. The actions of the mob made Su Chu feel like Jing Yun Zhao was a little sheep, while the mob who was bullying her were all bloodthirsty ferocious wolves, waiting for her to fall into a trap.
This caused the anger in Su Chu to build-up, she wasn’t going to let her Biao-jie face this ordeal by herself!
With that, Su Chu chased after Jing Yun Zhao.
“It’s her! Jing Yun Zhao’s right there!” one of the villagers pointed at Jing Yun Zhao and shouted.
Instantaneously, the mob started moving in sync as they all turned their heads towards Jing Yun Zhao, and the ones holding the cameras started taking pictures of her nonstop, the flashes on the camera blinding everyone.
“You are Jing Yun Zhao? Can you please tell us if Jing Tie Jun and Wang Xin Fang are your parents?”
“Student Jing Yun Zhao, what type of attitude did you have when you abandoned your biological parents; when you broke off all relations with them? I’ve heard that you’ve even used your own little brother to threaten your parents, is this also true?”
“Student, is your boyfriend a rich young master? Did he not send you to school personally today? Why did you vent your anger by beating the villagers of Shui Chang Village?” (C: bruh, MIND YO DAMN BUSINESS)

Hearing their insensitive and rude comment, Su Chu felt like her heart was getting sliced with a sharp knife even though the comments weren’t even directed at her.
It was an eye-opening experience for Su Chu as this was the first time she was facing such a horrible scene. All these people looked kind and amiable, yet when they spoke, their comments and questions were sharp and cold; asking questions about someone’s private affairs as if they’re obsessed with it.
“Shit! A bunch of uneducated animals!”
While Su Chu was panicking on the inside, not knowing how to help Jing Yun Zhao, Xiao Hai Qing suddenly appeared beside her and scolded the mob.
In the next moment, Xiao Hai Qing started pushing the people blocking her path until she stood side by side with Jing Yun Zhao.
Although Su Chu felt that she wouldn’t be able to help much, she felt that Jing Yun Zhao would be calmer if she had more support.
As the thought appeared in her mind, Su Chu also followed Xiao Hai Qing’s actions and pushed through the mob to stand beside Jing Yun Zhao as she stared at the mob with hateful eyes.
Facing the screaming mob, the school leaders couldn’t do anything; Teacher Qi just stood at the side with a slightly bent back while sighing with Qi Da Young standing beside him while a few reporters were still incessantly asking him questions, “You are the homeroom teacher for Jing Yun Zhao right? What was her behavior in class like? Does she have an ambitious mindset?”
“Are you guys done!? Jing Yun Zhao is a good person! How did she offend any of you!?” Qi Da Young roared when he saw his own uncle trembling under the pressure of the mob.
I have been classmates with Jing Yun Zhao for a period of time. Adding on to the fact that I had many chances to talk to her since we were the class monitor and class president, I know for a fact that although Jing Yun Zhao has a cold attitude towards others, and at times she was very violent, but she was someone who valued friendship, it wasn’t as bad as the way these people painted her!
Hearing Qi Da Young’s roar, the reporters didn’t back down, instead they continued asking Teacher Qi questions with more passion, “This is also one of your students right? Teacher Qi, do you feel like you’re a failure as a teacher?”
Teacher Qi trembled even more after hearing the questions.
While Qi Da Young was so furious to the point that his eyes turned red, yet he kept his mouth shut this time. These reporters were just too skilled in misinterpreting the meanings of his comments, turning anything he said into a crime!
At the same time, Jing Yun Zhao who was surrounded by the mob was just being quiet, as she stared and memorized every single person from the mob calmly and leisurely.
After all, she was a very vindictive person.
