“Wasn’t the ship supposed to be empty?” One hundred and fifty-three asked as the three Catonians backed up a little while pulling out weapons.
However, before they could, a figure wearing an anti-gravity armour similar to Adam’s, with the helmet up, hiding their face, appeared before one hundred and five, holding something that was red, bloody and still beating in their hand.
The Noir Family members, Adam and Lorelie, and the entire chat's eyes moved from the object in the individual's hand to a hole that had suddenly appeared in One hundred and five’s chest.
“What!” One hundred and five managed to say before his eyes fogged over and his body crumpled to the floor.

“One hundred and five,” One hundred and fifty-three said in shock.
“Fuck!” One hundred and seventy-eight said as he quickly raised his blaster and shot at the individual, only for them to vanish.
Unfortunately for one hundred and seventy-eight, that was the last thing they saw because everyone else saw the individual appear behind one hundred and seventy-eight with their hand inside the skull.

One hundred and fifty-three stood there in shock for a moment before their fight or flight instincts kicked in and they turned and flew towards the elevator.
Unfortunately for him, he wasn’t fast enough, as the individual appeared behind him and grabbed him around the neck before lifting him up. Adam, Lorelie and the chat then watched in shock as the individual ripped the head and spine from One hundred and fifty-three’s body.

“What just happened?” Lorelie asked in shock as the bartender, who had also been watching the newly appeared holographic screen, gulped silently.
The haphic screen vanished, and the stream switched back to show Adam and Lorelie as Spector reported.

“That was… impressive,” Adam said in disbelief.
[[Thank you. I have acquired their access bands and confirmed their identities as members of the Noir Family. I have also discovered the location of their ship and will proceed to investigate it.]]

“I expect we can both already guess who did it.” Yes, but it would still be nice to know for certain.
“Do we need to leave then?” Lorelie asked with slight reluctance.
“Not at all, we still have a match to watch,” Adam replied while smiling.
“Good,” Lorelie responded while smiling brightly and focusing on the water sphere before saying, “Looks like we missed the start of the match.”
“You're right, the Oceana Abes are already winning 3 to 0.”

As the chat went on to explain to the Earthlings what Water Sphere was, Adam and Lorelie watched as Murphy successfully intercepted a pass that the Oasis Fangs made before swimming forward swiftly and putting the ball through their middle hope scoring three more points.
“Impressive,” Adam said. Even though he didn't know much about Water Sphere yet, and this was his first time watching a match, he could tell that Murphy was indeed skilled.
“Yes, Murphy is recognised as one of the current best Water Sphere players,” Lorelie replied.
As the two were discussing Murphy, the Merinmian swam in front of their VIP arena before throwing a wink and thumbs up at Lorelie.
“He also seems to have a thing about showboating in front of women he fancies,” Adam replied with a smirk.

Lorelie’s eyes widened in surprise at the realisation before she scurried to the corner of the sofa and hid her face behind one of the cushions.

“Idiot, who told you to stream our date?” Lorelie mutted in embarrassment from behind the cushion.

After taking a few deep breaths and calming herself down, Lorelie lowered the cushions before shaking her head, saying, “It’s fine, they were bound to find out sooner or later anyway.”
After which, she scooted back over towards Adam and sat close enough to him that their shoulders met.
Adam smiled at this before moving his arm to wrap it around Lorelie’s shoulders, and in doing so, he pulled her closer so that she now leaned against him.
Lorelie was surprised by the sudden intimacy at first, but soon embraced the feeling as she relaxed and let herself lean against Adam.

The two of them returned their attention to the match as they enjoyed each other's company and their bond grew closer.

As the match continued, Murphy was intercepting the ball and making amazing passes to his teammates that allowed them to score and further increase their lead.
Soon, Muphy, who was out near the edge of the water sphere not far from Adam and Lorelie’s VIP arena, received a pass from one of his teammates. When he realised that no opposing team players were close enough to challenge him for a few seconds, he decided he would head for the hopes.
However, before he set off, he shot the VIP area a quick glance in order to make sure that Lorelie was paying attention to him, as he saw how Lorelie was cuddling up to Adam, who had his arm around her shoulder. He froze, and that's when it happened.
