Jin Shuai stood up abruptly . He turned around and ran toward the altar . That was the moment he froze when he realized Ye Shaoyang was behind him .
“You…,” Jin Shuai drew back a few steps and continued, “Ye Shaoyang, you are going too far!”
Ye Shaoyang let out a burst of laughter, “Acne Jin, how dare you say that I have gone too far . If you didn't poison me with the Human Blood Gu, do you think it would be worthwhile for me to travel over land and sea to search for you? Do you think I have fallen in love with you secretly, so I tracked you down all the way here?
Jin Shuai snorted, “You’re the Heavenly Master of the Maoshan Sect . I don’t think you would have given up the case if you knew my plan . It was better that I make the first move and gain the upper hand, so I poisoned you with Gu . ”
Ye Shaoyang smiled faintly and pouted at him, “Don’t say I have pushed you too far . You have no chance to escape today . Come on! Show me your power, and I’ll let you make a move first . ”
Jin Shuai let out a long sigh, “I am no match for you . What if I cure your Human Blood Gu? Would you let me off? After that, we would be even, and I promise you I will not step into your plan . ”
Ye Shaoyang tilted his head and looked at Jin Shuai, “Are you an idiot, or do you think that I am an idiot? Why do I need to spare you, since you have no way to escape? I can get your blood after I kill you . ”
Ye Shaoyang drew his Qixing Dragon Sword once he finished his words . A purple aura spread around him .
Jin Shuai’s heart trembled; he gave a certain look, stared at Ye Shaoyang, and said coldly, “We shall see who will survive today . ”
Ye Shaoyang nodded, “Oh well, you will die, and I will survive . That’s it . ”
Ye Shaoyang held up the sword and swung at Jin Shuai . Even though he was fast, Jin Shuai had prepared; he avoided the attack and rolled over the coffin cover . Just as he hid behind the coffin, footsteps sounded behind Ye Shaoyang . He looked back and saw that the black witches had caught up, and he frowned, “Damn! Such bad timing!”
Suddenly, something fell from above . Instinctively, Ye Shaoyang caught it and looked; it was a Bodhi seed!
Ye Shaoyang looked up hurriedly . A torch was erected by the cliff . Under the light, Wang Ting and Teng Yongqing stood abreast each holding a bag that bulged to its limit .
What the hell are they doing?
Ye Shaoyang was confused . Wang Ting and Teng Yongqing looked nervous; Wang Ting spared one of her hands, grabbed the torch and illuminated the bottom of the bag .
Drops of water dripped along the edge of the bag .
Ye Shaoyang realized what she was trying to say; he looked up and down the cliff where Wang Ting and the black witches stood and decided that the vertical distance was about ten meters or so .
Such a great opportunity! As long as they can hold the black witches back, even ten seconds is sufficient for me to settle all of them!
But these black witches are human . My Daoist craft does not work on them . What should I do?
Ye Shaoyang had a sudden insight; he grabbed a handful of copper beads and cast them toward the place precisely below Wang Ting and Teng Yongqing . The black witches paused for a while and watched as nothing happen . Then, they started to rush toward Ye Shaoyang .
Xiao Ma, with his stick in hand, was right behind the black witches . Due to the angle, he did not know that Wang Ting and Teng Yongqing were standing directly above him, but he saw Ye Shaoyang casting the beads, and he wondered, “Why would Little Ye use copper beads in such critical moment? Has he become too emotional to perform and decided to use such a simple Daoist craft?”
Xiao Ma could not help to shout, “Little Ye, what are you doing? Capture them now!”
Ye Shaoyang was stunned . Through the gap in between the black witches, he saw Xiao Ma, and he quickly waved at him and shouted, “Get out of the way! Get out!”
“Why should I get out of the way?” Instead of getting out, Xiao Ma moved a few steps forward to listen correctly .
Ye Shaoyang scolded Xiao Ma in his heart, Such an idiot bastard! Alas, today is your unlucky day! He did not have much time to bother with him .
With a hand seal, he recited the incantation, “In the name of the Lord Laozi, pass down the divine heavenly might and transform these cast beads into soldiers!”
In the next second, the copper beads exploded under the feet of the black witches . The explosion emitted multiple gold phantoms as if divine troops were descending from heaven . The black witches had never seen such scene and wondered at it its power . All of them were puzzled and stood in a defensive posture .
It was true that the Daoist craft did not affect mortals . The gold phantoms just wandered around the area and disappeared into rays of gold lights .
The black witches let out a sigh of relief . Just as they wanted to make a move, suddenly, a woman shouted happily from above, “Let’s take a shower first!”
All of them looked up as a vast puddle of blood showered from above them . The blood splashed on their heads before the idea of taking cover came to mind . Because of the gold phantoms, all of them stood near to each other, so none of them were spared from the blood included Xiao Ma .
Initially, Xiao Ma felt it was the right time to attack when the black witches were stunned with the gold phantoms . However, he was showered with blood just as he was about to hit them with his stick .
Xiao Ma wiped away the blood, sniffed it and scolded, “Damn! It is the black dogs’ blood!” However, he became delighted . Even though he had been sacrificed, the black witches were showered with the black dogs’ blood too, which meant that they had lost their power temporarily and became normal people .
“Woohoo, the spring has arrived!” Xiao Ma yelled as he raised the stick and hit a black witch in the back of the head . The black witch fainted and collapsed .
Xiao Ma continued to thrash the black witches near him .
The black witches were still confused and depressed unaware of Xiao Ma attacking them . They cultivated Gu craft daily, but their combat skills sucked, so, Xiao Ma trounced the ten Gu masters .
One of the Gu masters had forgotten that he had lost his power and pointed at Xiao Ma’s forehead and shouted involuntarily, “Summon the Bloodsucking Gu!”
Wham! Xiao Ma hit the Gu master in the head, “One more Gu, I will cover your head in lumps . ”
Xiao Ma continued to thrash the Gu master until he shrieked in pain .

Xiao Ma looked up at him proudly . Suddenly, he froze, and pointed over Ye Shaoyang, “Stop! Stop him! Stop him, quick!”
