Upon reaching the parking spot and seeing the car that had turned into a heap of scrap metal, Luo Shu helplessly shook her head. It wasn’t easy to have a means of transport, and now it was gone again.
After cleaning up the car, Luo Shu checked the time and sighed, "It seems I can only go tomorrow." The bus to Drum Mountain Town was no longer available, so she could only go back to Fangting Town and call Hanmo.
Lu Hanmo checked his watch once more, furrowing his brows with anxiety as he looked into the distance. It was already afternoon. Why hadn’t the car he sent to pick up Shushu returned? Could something have happened? The more he worried, the more his mind raced with possibilities.
As time passed, Lu Hanmo grew increasingly restless and finally couldn’t bear it any longer. He turned and headed towards the office. He had to call Shushu’s home to inquire about the situation. Knowing Shushu’s character, unless she was held up by something, she would never break an appointment.
When Luo Shu returned home, she saw Fu Yi watering the potted plants in the courtyard. Not everyone could enter the Divine Doctor Family, so when she left, she had Lu Hanmo call them and tell Fu Yi and the others not to follow her. Moreover, if a real emergency arose, with their current strength, they could no longer protect her.
Fu Yi nodded slightly at Luo Shu and continued watering the flowers. He rarely spoke to Luo Shu unless necessary. His responsibility was only to protect her.
Luo Shu smiled, stepped indoors, and went straight to the phone, picking it up to make a call.
"Beep—beep—beep—" The phone emitted a busy signal, and Lu Hanmo’s frown deepened. He hung up and dialed again.
"Is someone using the phone?" Luo Shu set down the receiver and redialed. The result was the same!

Right now, his entire mind was filled with worry for Shushu’s safety, and he truly had no heart for a lengthy chat with his mother.
Luo Shu hung up the phone once again. The ongoing busy signal implied someone else was on a call; she decided to try again later.
Having taken his leave, Lu Hanmo immediately drove towards Fangting Town.
Luo Shu returned to her room, placed a talisman on the door, and then flashed into her space. She wanted to check on today’s harvest. Fearing the storage bag might carry the scent of the pale-faced middle-aged man, it was safer to open it inside the space.
Entering the space, Luo Shu took out the storage bag and spilled its contents. There were easily over a hundred spirit stones alone, along with some formation flags, elixirs, and herbs. It appeared that the pale-faced middle-aged man was not only an array master but also an alchemist.

After organizing everything, Luo Shu set aside a share for Xiao Qing. Without needing her instructions, the creature would sense the spirit stones and come to take them.
Exiting the space, Luo Shu called Lu Hanmo’s base again, and this time the call connected.
"Hello! Please get Lu Hanmo for me."
"You’re the Sister-in-Law, right? The instructor has gone out."

Hearing the knock at the door, Luo Shu went to open it, and upon seeing Lu Hanmo outside, a brilliant smile bloomed on her face. He indeed came looking for her!
