Luo Shu sat on the wooden chair by the window, reading a book. For the past few days, she had been closely monitored. This room was her only area of activity.
She had thought Wu Cilang would trouble her, but after he went out, he only sent people to watch her and never came to find her.
Putting down the book, Luo Shu stood up and leaned on the windowsill, idly gazing at the scenery outside. Below her window, directly opposite, two men in Bei Sea Service outfits were standing guard.
Seeing her leaning on the windowsill, both men turned their gaze to her, as if they were worried she might try to escape.

"Did you really cure the Poison No. 1?" the young man asked Luo Shu.
Luo Shu looked at Wu Cilang with confusion. Naturally, she understood the young man’s question, but she was determined not to reveal that to them.
"Young Master Wutian is asking you if you cured the Poison No. 1," Wu Cilang translated.
Luo Shu hesitated for a moment and shook her head, "My adoptive brother cured it. Because my background is poor, he was afraid Lu Hanmo would look down on me, so he pushed all the credit onto me. Actually... I don’t know medical skills," her voice grew fainter.
Hearing Luo Shu’s explanation, the three men finally understood why she could cure Poison No. 1 but didn’t know there was a sedative in her tea. It turned out she was not a doctor at all—it seemed Lu Hanmo had also been tricked by her.

Luo Shu’s face flashed with embarrassment, and she bit her lip, nodding vigorously, "Likes!" She emphasized the word so heavily, as if comforting and reaffirming herself.
The young man’s lips quirked, "If Lu Hanmo doesn’t come this time, do you know what will happen to you?" He already knew the answer!
"He will definitely come!" Luo Shu deluded herself.
The young man and Wu Cilang exchanged a smile and said in MD Country’s language, "I’ll take her." It might not threaten Lu Hanmo, but they could humiliate him through this woman.
"Understood! Young Master Wutian," Wu Cilang nodded. Wutian Tengyi was the son Captain Wutian valued most; if he was happy, surely Captain Wutian would be too.
Wutian Tengyi stood up, and Wu Cilang hurriedly followed suit, bowing and scraping as he escorted Wutian Tengyi out the door.
When they reached Wutian Tengyi’s car, Wu Cilang instructed Yuanshan Yilang to push Luo Shu into the car.

Luo Shu immediately shuddered with fear, sat down obediently, and kept quiet.
Wutian Tengyi glanced at Luo Shu with a trace of contempt in his eyes. But thinking of Lu Hanmo being manipulated by such a woman, he felt inexplicably pleased.
The car started slowly and soon left Wu Cilang’s estate.
