Lin Sunji cried on the ground while hugging her knees. Bei Sangyun was annoyed by her crying.
Before Bei Sangyun could kick her again, Lin Sunji’s friends intervened, blocking her path.
"That’s enough! Lin Sunji said she didn’t do it! Don’t blame her for something she didn’t do!" one of the girls protested.
Bei Sangyun was visibly irritated by their interference and gestured to the bullies behind her. They promptly pulled Lin Sunji’s friends away from her, causing the girls to struggle and cry out.
"This is campus violence! Stop this!" one of them exclaimed.
"This is inhuman!"
With a dark and menacing gaze, Bei Sangyun turned her attention to the protesting girls. "If I hear another word from any of you, you’ll be next."
Frightened, the girls immediately fell silent.
The surroundings suddenly turned quiet except for Lin Sunji’s cry.
Lin Sunji shot an angry glare at her so-called friends. These people were useless. Where their loyalty had gone when she needed it the most?
"Eyes up here," Bei Sangyun demanded.
She crouched down to face Lin Sunji at eye level. Her eyes were devoid of emotion, sending shivers down to Lin Sunji’s spine.
"Fei Chuan must have had his leg broken at that time. But he did not file a complaint. I don’t know the details but something must have gone wrong in your plan. Because if it works, I would have been troubled by that incident." Bei Sangyun reminisced.
Bei Sangyun’s recollection of Fei Chuan walking away from the event with his solitary back weighed heavily on her mind.

"It can take months, even years," Bei Sangyun continued. "You made that person suffer for that long due to a broken leg and made him hate me so much. Do you know how much trouble he caused in every social event? He always disrupts my business plans." Bei Sangyun muttered as she reminisced about the past.
"...You are crazy." Lin Sunji did not get what she was talking about at all. All she knew was that Bei Sangyun was a terrifying crazy bitch!
Bei Sangyun finished reminiscing and looked back at her. Her expression turned several degrees colder, "Where is he?"
"Bei Sangyun, I promise you in the name of the Lin family that I will make you pay for this—Agh!" Lin Sunji’s threat was cut short when Bei Sangyun stomped hard on her feet.
"You’ll get a broken leg too if you keep pushing me," Bei Sangyun threatened, her face devoid of any emotion. "Just answer my question. Where is he?"
Lin Sunji, now crying in pain, struggled to respond between sobs, "You crazy bitch! Do you think my mom and dad will let you go after this—agh!"
Bei Sangyun continued her brutal assault on Lin Sunji’s feet, showing no mercy as she demanded information.
Lin Sunji tried to struggle but Bei Sangun was surprisingly agile. She kicked her on the knees whenever she tried to move.
"Stop it! Stop it, please!" Lin Sunji was unable to bear the pain and cried out.
When did she suffer such humiliation? She was Lin Sunji, the respected and privileged First Young Miss of the Lin family!
How could this bitch treat her like this!
Lin Sunji did not expect that Bei Sangyun would lose her mind and would come to confront her directly.
