"Weren’t we just worried about her, that after graduating from a high-level education she would want to fly too far from He Teng? I asked her indirectly yesterday, she said she wants to be a teacher after graduation." At this, Chen’s wife smiled, "Don’t you think that’s good? A graduate from Capital University, if not for He Teng, for family, why would she purposely choose to become an ordinary teacher? She’s also family oriented. Just as the couple discussed people, Chen Ya’nan also walked in through the door. She first complained about her father Chen Zheng for a bit, before joining the conversation.

"Your father’s right, you’re always distracted in class. Spend these few days with Aunt He and study well. Any extra studying helps." After saying this, Chen’s wife called everyone to start eating.
Trusted Fully, He Zhilan was now sharing a meal with He Teng in the dining hall. He Teng watched as He Zhilan picked at her food in tiny bites, his brow slightly furrowed.
"You’re too thin, you need to eat more. Otherwise, when we go home for winter break, if you’re as thin as a bamboo pole, dad will worry about your life at school." He Teng opened his mouth out of the blue. He then casually pushed some of his food onto He Zhilan’s plate and commanded, "Finish all of it. Don’t leave until you’re done."
He Zhilan scrunched up her face and looked up at He Teng, or rather glared at He Teng without much force. She then glanced at her own plate and muttered under her breath, "Bossy!"
Just the mere thought of winter break made He Zhilan want to say something. However, with so many people around, she held it back.
Throughout the meal, He Zhilan was eating her food merely for the sake of eating, she could barely taste anything. It was all He Teng’s fault! He made her overeat by pushing his food onto her plate while he simply went and got seconds as and when he felt like!
Upon leaving the dining hall, He Zhilan and He Teng encountered Lan Li who was heading in. The three acknowledged each other at the entrance. After addressing Lan Li as "Captain Lan", He Teng left with He Zhilan without further ado.
