Chen Ya’nan contested, "When my mom took care of my dad, she would lecture him, but she never hesitated when it came to action! During the New Year, uncle He was like that. When you’re at the camp, his heart was entirely with you! What I really don’t understand is why you two, who seemed so good together, suddenly divorced. Uncle He suddenly became so cold to you, it makes me anxious just seeing it!"
"So, you’re hoping that I will reconcile with your uncle He? Or do you really want me to be your sister-in-law?" He Zhilan just realized that her thoughts were totally out of tune with Chen Ya’nan’s.
During the meal, Chen Ya’nan persistently tried to convince He Zhilan to become her sister-in-law. She regretted that He Zhilan and He Teng ended up the way they were now.
"Of course, I hope that you and uncle He can work things out. It’s not easy for uncle He to marry a wife like you. Without you, where could uncle He, this blockhead, find such a good wife as you? I like you, Sister Zhilan, and I also like uncle He. So, I would be most satisfied if both of you were together!"
Chen Ya’nan smirked, "I deliberately mentioned our teacher in front of uncle He to see his reaction. Yet, ever the blockhead, he had no reaction, indifferent like it was none of his business. Even Kang Xing reacts better than him! Regardless, when my teacher comes tomorrow, Sister Zhilan, you have to be there! I will have you accompany my teacher to talk and visit the camp. If even then uncle He does not respond, then Sister Zhilan, you might as well go after our class teacher!"
He Zhilan was genuinely at a loss whether to laugh or cry. Chen Ya’nan’s thoughts were so unpredictable. Was she really getting old and couldn’t keep up with this child’s thoughts? How can one even think of such a plan?

As He Zhilan was responding to Kang Xing, she heard Chen Ya’nan mutter, "Good, there’s still time!" At that moment, her ears had a lot to take in.
The hand-to-hand combat techniques she learned half a month ago, He Zhilan had practiced a few times after getting back to the dorm. However, only a few times: first, she preferred to spend her free time making hair accessories to earn money, and second, practicing was especially dull and tiring.
