After Ding Yue received the trophy from the award presenter, the host on the side asked with a smile.
Next should be the part where he gives his award acceptance speech, something Ding Yue is rather skilled at.
"First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the NTS Award’s panel of judges for their recognition of ’A Bite of Xia Country’, the documentary created by our university. I’d also like to thank every audience member who appreciated this documentary. It is your support that has granted this piece by our university to win this well-deserved award extremely!"
Ding Yue’s words were delivered in earnest.
A wave of applause was triggered at the venue, which was pretty much the standard reaction, as applause would always be given during the acceptance speech of every award recipient.
In the audience seating area, Wen Ruohan along with Tang Yuanhua and Shen Ling were clapping so vigorously, that their applause could be heard distinctly over the others.
"I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone involved from our School of Film and Television. This piece is the first production shot collaboratively by our teachers and students. We had no idea it would receive such a prestigious award. Having such a group of teachers and students in the field of film and television, I feel both very honored and elated. I hope our School of Film and Television continues to improve and produce more excellent works in the future. Thank you, everyone!"
After Ding Yue finished his acceptance speech, he bowed in thanks.
Applause erupted once again.
Back in the campus of Mist City Arts and Science University, applause was echoing between the dormitory buildings.
The students were already ecstatic upon learning that their university’s ’A Bite of Xia Country’ had won an award. Now, after Principal Ding’s wonderful acceptance speech, they were even more thrilled.
After delivering his acceptance speech, Ding Yue holding the trophy, descended from the awards stage and returned to his seat among the guests.
Ding Yue handed the trophy to Zhu Youzhao.
This was the first award the School of Film and Television had ever won, it’s very historic!
Holding the trophy given by Principal Ding, Zhu Youzhao was beyond excited.
This NTS Gold Award trophy was a recognition of the hard work of the teachers and students of the School of Film and Television over the past few months. The award would make the school more recognizable to the public.
Zhu Youzhao believed that from now on, the School of Film and Television would be regarded as a key development department by Principal Ding, similar to the Architecture Department, Computer Department, and Mechanical Department, wasn’t it?

A familiar system prompt sounded in Ding Yue’s mind.
Every time Mist City Arts and Science University or its students won an influential award, it would trigger a ’University Honor Mission’ and obtain certain rewards.
The higher the level of the award, the greater the reward.
The reward for this award was a level 1 University Treasure Chest and 10 reputation points. To be honest, this reward was not considered lavish.
However, Ding Yue understood since the Award was just for a documentary after all.
Though it was only a [Level 1 University Treasure Chest], it was still a chest. Ding Yue was curious about what he might receive.
"Congratulation, Host, on unlocking a [Level 1 University Treasure Chest], the item gained: [Master’s Degree Authorization Card]+1!"
Seeing what he obtained from the [Level 1 University Treasure Chest], a broad grin spread across Ding Yue’s face.
Originally, Ding Yue was mentally prepared that he might not get anything great, perhaps something like a pen.
Unexpectedly, he turned out to have received a [Master’s Degree Authorization Card], a reward he received only five of from his "[Key Major Level]" mission!
If calculated this way, one could say that Ding Yue was fairly lucky this time while opening the University Treasure Chest.
