The choice of actors for "Wandering Earth" was overall satisfactory to Ding Yue.
Director Su Yangfan and his team did a decent job, at least the first step of selecting actors was done quite well.
In fact, to bring the science fiction film "Wandering Earth" to life, choosing actors is just the beginning.
Subsequent costume design, prop production, scene building, and special effects production etc., each step is crucial.
Especially the construction of scenes, "Wandering Earth" will involve a lot of scenes that are essentially hard to film in reality.
Therefore, such scenes can only be constructed and produced through special effects in post-production.

"Wandering Earth", being a grand-scale science fiction film, must strictly accomplish its special effects.
Thankfully, the capabilities of Xia Country in this parallel universe are fairly good in terms of movie special effects, but they just weren’t given much importance before.
"Director Su, do we have any plans for the special effects of ’Wandering Earth’?"
