The fourth-floor hallway was crowded with people, most of them women.
Some faces were filled with joy, while others were marked with sorrow.
A tall girl with a ponytail walked out of the gynecology consultation room, her long hair reaching past her waist.
Her expression was exceedingly complex, her eyes vacant as she walked.
Even when she was bumped into, she felt nothing. She held a medical examination form in her hand.
She truly couldn't accept this result!
The doctor's words kept echoing in her mind.
"Congratulations, Miss Tian Xingyun, you have been pregnant for over a month now," the kindly middle-aged female doctor told her with a smile.
"Doctor, you must be mistaken?" Tian Xingyun was shocked, doubting the doctor's words.
How could she possibly be pregnant?!
"Aren't you Tian Xingyun?" The female doctor looked at the name on the examination form and asked again.
"Then there's no mistake, it clearly states your name here. You're over a month pregnant."

Stupidly, she walked into the elevator, reached the first floor, and walked out of the hospital.
Standing at the main entrance, she looked up at the sky, the sunlight was extremely glaring.

"Please don't be afraid, we mean no harm," the old gentleman smiled, then raised his hand to signal the black-suited bodyguards behind him.
The bodyguards nodded and immediately stepped forward, grabbed Tian Xingyun by the arms, and escorted her away.
"Miss Tian, please don't be afraid, we mean no harm," the old gentleman repeated.
"..." Tian Xingyun rolled her eyes, calling this no harm?
Forget it, she was too lazy to resist.
She had been unlucky enough today, she wanted to see what else these people could do to her.
How much worse could it get!
She was brought to a car, with bodyguards sitting on both sides of her.
After roughly a fifteen-minute drive, the car reached its destination.
The bodyguards got out, respectfully opened the car door for Tian Xingyun.
"Miss Tian, you may get out now." The old gentleman was already waiting outside the car door.
Tian Xingyun hesitated for a few seconds, then slowly got out of the car.
Seeing the mansion in front of her, she was utterly surprised.
