Step Aside, My CEO Ex-Husband! Chapter 115

She couldn’t pinpoint what was strange, but she always felt that something about him was different.

Seeing him engrossed in his work, she got up and quietly exited the office.

She went to Andy’s office, raised her hand, and knocked on the door: "Andy."

"Miss Song." Andy immediately stood up and greeted Song Yi.

He already guessed the purpose of Song Yi’s visit.

"Andy, I’m sorry for causing you to be punished with deductions from your annual leave and salary." Song Yi’s guilty tone watched Andy’s every subtle emotion.

"I made the mistake myself, it has nothing to do with you."

"I shouldn’t have asked you to secretly tell me everything Shaohua did; it made him angry and implicated you."

"The lilies in his office are beautiful, but unfortunately, I’m allergic to lilies, I can’t touch them." Song Yi frowned with a disappointed smile, her peripheral vision observing Andy’s every tiny reaction.

"I’m sorry, Miss Song, I forgot you’re allergic to lilies. I should have thought of that when I brought them in."

"Was it really you who sent them?" Song Yi was doubtful and somewhat disbelieving.

"Yes, it was me." Andy nodded in acknowledgment.

"It’s strange that you would send flowers." She still found it hard to believe.

"A friend of mine who owns a flower shop gave me the idea."

"I see." Song Yi smiled.

"Didn’t he have lunch? He’s been working until now."

"He already ate. I went out to buy it."

"Thank you, I was worried he was working so hard he wouldn’t get to eat." Song Yi noticed that the lunch box on Andy’s desk was the same color as the one in Shaohua’s office trash can.

It seemed she had overthought it; no one had delivered him food.

After finishing his work, Huo Shaohua left the company with Song Yi.

Andy wiped the cold sweat from his forehead. Finally, Song Yi had gone.

Fortunately, he had overheard President Huo’s conversation with her, otherwise, he would have been exposed during her probing just now.

Women are indeed very sensitive; a bouquet of lilies had already aroused Song Yi’s suspicion and probing.

He really felt worried for President Huo, who must be having a hard time being caught between two women.

Huo Shaohua took Song Yi to the mall because she wanted to buy some gifts for her grandma.

She hadn’t visited her grandma for a long time, so she had to bring some gifts to make her happy.

"Shaohua, I don’t know what grandma likes."

"Grandma wants you to give her a great-grandson the most," Huo Shaohua joked.

"Why are you bringing this up again? Don’t talk about this!" Song Yi pouted, pretending to be angry.

"Alright, no baby, that’s more convenient." Huo Shaohua curled his lips, tightened his grip around her waist, and kissed her on the cheek.

"You’re so naughty, what if someone sees us?" Song Yi bashfully slapped him on the chest.

"We’ll do it at home."

"Hmph, I’m not talking to you anymore." Song Yi’s face turned red in embarrassment as she pushed him away and walked ahead alone.

He was still the same as before; at the company, she was just being overly suspicious.

He was intentionally ignoring her because he was upset.

Huo Shaohua watched her back as his smile gradually faded and his expression turned grave.

After buying the gifts, they happily returned to the Huo Family’s old house.

"Grandma, these are gifts I brought back for you from abroad." Song Yi took out an exquisite box from the bag.

These were clothes she had specially bought for her grandma during a fashion show abroad.

"Despite being so busy, you still think of this old woman. Thank you, girl." Grandma smiled happily but also felt a bit guilty.

Song Yi is actually a good girl, but she just doesn’t want to get married and have children.

She couldn’t be blamed; the Huo Family’s heir was quite important.

The Huo Family members were very tight-lipped, and no one dared to divulge anything about Tian Xingyun.

Even Grandma didn’t show any trace of it, leaving it up to Huo Shaohua to decide this matter for himself.
