Huo Shaohua frowned at Hu Yuxi. What was this brat doing here?
"Xingyun, morning~" Hu Yuxi walked up to Tian Xingyun to greet her, ignoring Huo Shaohua’s presence.
"Morning." Tian Xingyun smiled and replied, opening her bag to take out the key to the store.
Hu Yuxi stepped forward to help her open the door, while Huo Shaohua’s face darkened.
Were the two of them ignoring him?
Suddenly, he thought, could that diamond necklace from yesterday have been from this brat?

Tian Xingyun opened the door and entered the store without looking at Huo Shaohua.
Hu Yuxi lifted his foot to follow her in, but Huo Shaohua called out and stopped him: "Yuxi, come here."

"Come here, I need to talk to you." Huo Shaohua said and then turned to walk away first.
Hu Yuxi raised an eyebrow and followed him. Some things definitely needed to be made clear.
Tian Xingyun heard their conversation and already knew what he was going to say to Hu Yuxi.
It was good to let him say it, so she wouldn’t have to figure out how to open her mouth to Hu Yuxi.
Huo Shaohua walked to a spot a little farther from the flower shop and stopped, turning to look at Hu Yuxi who had followed him.
Hu Yuxi stopped about a meter away from him, the two brothers staring at each other, neither willing to back down.

Hu Yuxi wasn’t stupid and naturally understood the meaning behind his words.

"I genuinely like her and won’t give up pursuing her. Don’t blame me for disregarding our brotherhood if you dare hurt her!" Hu Yuxi raised his voice, enough for Huo Shaohua who had walked away to hear.
He was very serious about Tian Xingyun and wouldn’t give up!
