“What? Compromised?” Li Guoguo raised her voice and widened her eyes in shock.
Xu Tian frowned slightly and didn’t say anything. She silently agreed with Mo Yan.
Mo Yan buried her head into the document again. They had spent almost a week sorting out the information of Lin Group’s real estate project.
The three of them had originally planned to sort out the data in C City and start working on the plan when they went to Jing City. But now that the information was wrong, they needed to redo the statistics.
Mo Yan was so angry that she grit her teeth. She could guess who had tampered with it.
They were all part of Hong Jing. No matter who signed the contract, the company would receive huge profits. Yet, Chen Ya wanted to ruin their shot of collaborating with Lin Group.
As Mo Yan flipped through the pages, Xu Tian’s brows knitted tighter and tighter. Li Guoguo’s expression changed from being in shock to being in fear.
It was because Chen Ya’s move was really ruthless.
90% of the information in these documents was still correct. The remaining 10% was full of hidden mistakes.
The words were mostly misrepresentations or misleading errors, but the numbers were calculated and modified. That meant that without careful calculation and verification, the abnormalities would not have been able to be discovered.
Mo Yan’s heart grew colder and colder. These documents were basically useless now.
Rather than sifting through them again and again to find any mistakes that they had not yet discovered, it was better to make a new copy. However, considering the time it would take for them to redo the statistics… Would they be able to complete the plan in time for the Lin Group meeting in ten days?

After discussing, they finally decided that Xu Tian would stay alone in the hotel during the day to sort out the information. Mo Yan and Li Guoguo would go do their inspections. At night, the three of them would work together to restore the documents as soon as possible.
