Just as everyone was about to rest, Charlotte suddenly said, "Sisters, let’s discuss something."
"What is it?" Everyone turned to look at Charlotte at this point.
Charlotte glanced at Peter Brown and said, "I need your help."
This was actually meant as a way to seek Peter’s opinion.
Peter had thought about this as well. He found Charlotte to be smart for having thought of the same thing, wondering what these young women were capable of.
Charlotte then began to recount what had happened, explaining the situation with her uncle’s factory and everything that transpired afterwards.
Everyone sitting there initially thought they were going to discuss living arrangements. As she spoke, everyone’s gaze drifted towards Peter. They were surprised to hear about events Brown was involved in.
Noticing everyone’s reaction, Peter brought out a remote control. After pressing a button, a shiny UFO flew in from outside the house.
"I am UFO 001, Earthlings, surrender!"
Hanging in the air, the flying saucer toy emitted a humorous voice.
Everyone looked at the UFO in the air, their eyes full of astonishment.
Sophia Jackson widened her beautiful eyes and said, "Amazing! Is this the new product Peter produced?"
Charlotte answered, "Yes, he invented this toy overnight. My aunt even tried to take advantage of him."
Now that everyone was aware of what happened in Charlotte’s family, they were angry with Ella Harris and company. Isabella Williams remarked, "They cannot take this invention. It’s terrible!"
Charlotte said, "The reason why I asked everyone to stay is to seek your help. Together, we can promote this product. I believe with Peter’s invention, our products will definitely sell well."
Sophia Jackson turned to Peter and asked, "Peter, I feel this invention is not simple. Tell us honestly, can this product be used in the manufacturing of flying vehicles?"
Peter perceived Sophia from a different light. While everyone still considered it a toy, she thought deeper.
Nodding slightly, Peter said, "Technically, it’s completely possible. My invention can manufacture flying vehicles. Of course, as a first step, it can be used in cars. If installed, when a car rushes down a mountain, it would automatically activate the flight setting. The vehicle wouldn’t plunge down the ravine, but fly, covering at least a thousand meters in a blink."
At these words, everyone’s eyes lit up.
Amelia Brown exclaimed, "Peter, you’re awesome! This invention is set to bring serious wealth. If you need someone to warm your bed, consider me!"
Sharon Davis laughed, "No wonder Charlotte made her move on Peter so quickly. She knew what she was doing, impressive!"
Amid the discussion, Charlotte blushed once again.
Smiling, Peter watched the girls, not minding lending them a hand.
To Peter, money was not an issue. What he needed was experience. These girls participating would benefit him as well. What wonders could they achieve in their cooperation?
Sophia Jackson clasped her thigh and said, "Let’s do it! Girls, this is an opportunity. If we do it well, we could become billionaires."
Everyone was intrigued, upon seeing the toy and hearing Peter’s statement.
Isabella Williams asked, "Lady Woods, what is your plan? I fully support you."
Charlotte said, "Peter, it’s your call."
"I don’t mind. Just to clarify, I only provide the technology. I won’t participate in management or make public appearances. Everything is up to you."
All eyes filled with curiosity turned to Peter. They could not understand why he would put forth such conditions.
Charlotte clarified, "Everyone here sees the feasibility of this project. I think we could form a plan, even if it involves contract manufacturing. I picked up some skills and understanding of the channels during my time managing my uncle’s factory. We don’t need substantial initial funding for this kind of processing. We can pool our money together."
Soon, everyone gathered around the table for discussion.
Peter laughed but was not concerned about their conversation, and went to clean the dishes.
When Peter had gathered all the dishware, Charlotte asked him, "We have a general decision that we’d like to discuss with you."
Peter dismissively said, "You can handle it yourselves. I don’t mind."
"Peter, the technology is yours. We will handle the operations and fundraising."
"How much funding can you guys raise?" Peter could not help but be curious about this.
Sophia Jackson said, "I can convince my family to invest ten million."
Peter stared at Sophia Jackson, surprised to find such a wealthy person residing here. His gaze wandered over to the other girls.
Charlotte explained, "Peter, Sophia is actually from a rich family. She’s always wanted to earn her own way."
Sophia smiled sadly, "I wanted to earn my own way, but it’s been a series of setbacks. Your product gives me hope. I’m confident I can convince my family to lend me ten million, and I’ll put it all into this. Peter, my future is in your hands, don’t let me down."
Isabella Williams said, "I probably can’t raise that much, at most five million."
Peter was dumbfounded, wondering why these girls pretended to be poor.
Charlotte elaborated, "We can pool together around twenty million for now. We’ll register a company, start with toys, then venture into the flying vehicle domain. What do you think?"
Seeing everyone’s eyes on him, Peter said, "Like I said, I won’t get involved in the company’s operations and will simply provide the technology."
"Hmm, we’ve discussed it. Your technology is amazing. If done well, the company won’t be small. We’ll have Damian research how to patent your invention first, which will prevent others from taking it. Then we’ll discuss sharing the company’s stocks, giving you 90%, and we’ll divide the rest."
These girls were not greedy!
Peter smiled and said, "I’ll take 51%, and Charlotte gets to decide. The rest of you can divide it."
"Sounds good! So it’s decided. We’ll now start the division of tasks and bring up the company."
