During his speech, Peter Brown readily began playing the video.
Everyone was genuinely curious about the circumstances in the two countries. In fact, the country had invested a tremendous amount of effort attempting to investigate what was happening there. Unfortunately, they had been unable to access the most crucial information until now.
They fixed their eyes on the screen, and as they saw that the two countries had created a biochemical army, the colour drained from the generals’ faces. Especially when they witnessed the immense power displayed by the biohumans. Comparing it with their own armed forces, an elder sighed, saying: "If such an army were to attack our forces, I fear our defence would crumble instantly!"
"From what I observed, even the weakest among them possess the cultivation level of Qi Refining First Layer. If this is the case, even our most formidable special forces are rendered helpless in their presence!"
"Alas, most of the mighty cultivators on Earth have already left, leaving behind those with low cultivation levels. Faced with such an army, I don’t think there’s even a point in fighting. It would be useless to resist."
"I don’t think so. If we use powerful weapons to strike them, we should be able to kill them," a younger cultivator chimed in.
The Vice President looked at him and retorted, "Do you think your country is the only one with powerful weapons?"
His words silenced everyone. When it came to military strength, the Hua Nation lacked confidence when faced against these two powerful countries, especially considering their superior weaponry.
Everyone continued watching, expressing shock on occasion, and feeling a lingering sense of dread regarding the biohuman army.
When they saw a rabbit controlling everything, everyone exclaimed in surprise.
"What is this?" Robert Williams, too, was taken aback. He had not expected the United States biohuman base to be under the control of demon beasts.
Peter Brown calmly explained, "After the United States reached the moon, they discovered an Ancient Sect’s method of raising demon beasts. They did not fully grasp this method, yet they brought a self-sealing beast back to Earth. During their research, the beast woke up. This is a very strong beast, which has taken over the entire base. The beast has been fooling the Americans, they always thought they had everything under control."
"What, controlled by a beast?"
This news shocked them once again. Just a moment ago, they believed that the two countries were very powerful and that with such a demon beast army, no country would be their match. However, nobody expected that the demon beasts would secretly control the biochemical army.
"Peter, do these beasts possess such high intelligence?" the President asked.
"Not only do they possess intelligence, but when demon beasts reach a certain level, they can speak human language and even metamorphose into humans to live among us. Their intellect is very high and they learn quickly. Not even our top students could potentially surpass them," Peter Brown went into detail about the nature of the demon beasts.
"If that’s the case, wouldn’t the demon beasts develop faster and faster?"
Peter said, "If we had not discovered this and let them continue to develop, the number of biohumans would have grown exponentially. When the time comes, the powerful biological army could potentially sweep across the Earth. This could indeed happen."
Hearing this, everyone could only shake their heads in dismay.
The Vice President asked, "Do beasts really have wisdom?" He still harbored deep doubts.
Noticing everyone’s gaze, Peter Brown nodded and confirmed, "Indeed, once a demon beast reaches a certain level, its intellect is not inferior to humans, in fact, it could even surpass some humans. I have already mentioned that there is a realm specifically for demon beasts, called the Demon Realm. This isn’t as simple as the stories in books, they are incredibly powerful."
At that point, everyone was deeply shocked.
Upon witnessing Peter’s arrival and the attacks launched against him by the demon beasts, their respect for Peter Brown elevated. After all, those were demon beasts!
Peter said, "Actually, biohumans are the failed products of beast evolution, and we don’t need to follow their path. They diverged from the right path. At this point, their looks towards Peter became considerably more eager.
"Peter, do you mean you can provide this technology?" The President was also starting to become restless.
"Comrade Peter, if you could truly endow the Hua Nation with such an army, I believe we will truly rise to power. Please provide us with this technology!" An elder looked at Peter Brown; it was clear that he was anxious.
Seeing that everyone was looking at him intently, Peter Brown let out a wry smile, "Actually, the most important aspect of human development is still cultivation. Only through cultivation can one obtain greater power. The strongest biohuman can only reach the Golden Core Stage at most, any further improvement is impossible. In effect, this method makes a person completely useless."

The President then spoke: "Peter, we know you are a very capable person. Earth is becoming weaker and we need to venture into outer space. Without great power, this endeavour is impossible. Also, the arrival of Alexander Carter has made the crisis gripping Earth clear. If we don’t become powerful, there’s a high chance we will be conquered by other planets, which would be even more dangerous."
Everyone was now persuading Peter. Looking at their hopeful eyes, Peter Brown let out a sigh.
