"Sir, I heard that the Cultivation World has a hierarchical division. The area where our Auster belongs is only considered the outermost region, connected to the realm of mortals. In this region, some of the technologies from the mortal realm can coexist. However, when you truly enter the Cultivation World, it becomes a pure cultivation realm where technology doesn’t exist."

This is the first time Peter has heard this idea.

Peter agrees with this assertion.

Our current location is called the First Realm. In this boundary area, many things from the mortal realm coexist. The closer you get to the center, the more cultivators and mortals separate. There, sects are purely focused on the study of cultivation," explains Kennedy.
Peter shakes his head, still unable to comprehend what Kennedy is saying.
Kennedy also doesn’t fully understand the situation, but he knows some detail and wants to share everything he knows with Peter today.
"Sir, the five Sects of Auster are considered the lowest-ranking sects. They claim to have the Mahayana stage master, but in reality, they don’t have such a high-level person. Their highest cultivation is only at the Middle Dividing Spirit Period," says Kennedy.
Peter becomes even more confused.
Kennedy continues, "Take our Skyreach Kingdom as an example. We have only one person at the Middle Dividing Spirit Period guarding us, and we don’t have anyone above that level. Sadly, that person was our sect lord. After his death, there were no more strong people in our country, which led to the attack by the Four-country Allied Army. If he were alive, they would not dare to attack so aggressively."
It seems Kennedy doesn’t know much either, and his explanations get messier.

Kennedy explains, "Every boundary has a set of rules. Our First Realm is rather chaotic and lacks order, so people don’t know much about what’s going on. Starting from the Second Realm upward, there’s a change in the situation. They all have a selection mechanism. Every ten years, the major sects of the upper realm will come to recruit disciples."
Peter becomes even more confused, wondering if sects actually recruit disciples ?
Seeing Peter’s expression, Kennedy continues, "As I mentioned earlier, our First Realm is essentially a source of disciples. If you were to compare it to a rural area, our vision is quite limited, and we don’t know how vast the outer world is."
Peter nods in agreement, saying, "That’s true. Most people don’t know what the outside world is like."
