"Kai Zi, is that fellow with you now? Let him take the call," Lin Feng asked casually.
"Okay..." Wang Zikai responded and handed the phone to Li Sansi beside him. "It’s Brother Feng’s call..."
"Brother Feng... I’m Li Sansi. I’ve already taken care of the matter you assigned me..." Li Sansi said, almost tripping over his words as soon as he took the phone.
"Good. Go to the Fenghuo Bar on the snack street behind the school and wait for me. I’ll head over to meet you shortly," Lin Feng instructed Li Sansi calmly, then hung up. He then dialed Xie Nan’s number to give him a heads-up.
Then Lin Feng quickly got up, washed up simply, casually grabbed a piece of bread and a bottle of milk from the refrigerator, and was about to hurry out when a sweet, clear voice stopped him in his tracks...
"Lin Feng! You’re up so early. Where are you going?"
Lin Feng turned to see Su Zi. The girl was already awake, dressed in a very youthful nightgown, and staring at him with suspicion from the top of the stairs.
"Is there something you need? If not, I’m heading out. I have important business to attend to," Lin Feng replied casually, about to walk out the main door again when he suddenly heard Su Zi scoff.
"Important business?! Really? I think you’re just in a hurry to see your little lover at Villa Number Two!" Su Zi said, her gaze drifting resentfully towards the bread and milk in Lin Feng’s hands. She continued, "And you’re even bringing provisions. Afraid she’ll be famished after too much ’activity’? How thoughtful of you..."
"What nonsense are you spouting?" Lin Feng glanced at Su Zi, somewhat exasperated. He then took a bite of the bread in his hand and drank some milk before saying calmly, "Now you have nothing to say, right? I’m in a hurry to leave; I don’t have time to banter with you."
"Hmph, so what if she’s willing to eat something you’ve already eaten? What’s so great about that?" Seeing Lin Feng start to eat the food, Su Zi knew she had misunderstood. However, she still stubbornly persisted, though her voice lacked some of its earlier confidence.
"Ridiculous..." Lin Feng muttered impatiently, walking directly towards the Passat parked on the lawn outside and getting into the car.
Hmph, that idiot Lin Feng, how dare he call me ridiculous! You’re the ridiculous big idiot... Su Zi pouted, a hint of resentment flashing across her pretty face. She couldn’t help but wonder, This guy is so unromantic; how on earth does he manage to attract so many girls? I really don’t get it.

Lin Feng drove to the Fenghuo Bar. Led by Xie Nan, he went to the innermost private room and found a nervous-looking Li Sansi.
"Lin Feng, I... I didn’t have your phone number, so I had to find Wang Zikai," Li Sansi explained nervously when Lin Feng appeared. He then eagerly placed a file bag, thick with documents, in front of Lin Feng. "These are the things you wanted. I had my dad work through the night to get them done."
In Lin Feng’s presence, Li Sansi was now as timid as a mouse caught by a cat. His gaze was fixed on Lin Feng’s eyes, carefully observing his expression, terrified of inadvertently angering him again.
Li Sansi had become so docile not because of a sudden pang of conscience, but because he knew his life was truly tethered to Lin Feng.
It turned out that during their previous meeting, Lin Feng had infused Inner Strength into Li Sansi’s body, making him constantly feel like there was a foreign object inside him. "I know. Thank you for your hard work." "It’s already out. You can go back now. Remember your promise: don’t ever return to Jiangzhou University!" Lin Feng said casually, giving Li Sansi a cryptic smile.
"It’s out? How come I didn’t feel anything at all?" Li Sansi asked instinctively. He clearly didn’t quite believe Lin Feng had resolved his problem and was still worried for his life.
"Do you think I need to kill you? You’re not yet important enough for me to take that risk," Lin Feng retorted with a cold sneer, not directly answering Li Sansi’s question.
Li Sansi’s expression faltered. Although Lin Feng’s words were blunt, he knew Lin Feng wasn’t lying. Since Lin Feng’s objectives had all been achieved, there was indeed no reason for him to risk killing the son of a Deputy District Director.
Still, Lin Feng’s words really did sting his pride!
Lin Feng was calling the shots now, so Li Sansi had no choice but to believe him. In the end, he left the Fenghuo Bar, glancing back repeatedly with every few steps.
Only then did a smile appear on Lin Feng’s face. He picked up the bag of documents and immediately took out his phone to dial Zhou Yang’s number.
