Super Soldier King and Cute CEO Chapter 1002

At this moment, a man wearing sunglasses stepped out of the car, his face visibly grim as he surveyed the scene before him.

Nearby, Orianna and the others couldn’t believe that her grandfather had been killed. That was Ogur, the second-ranked warrior on the Black List!

But she knew that whoever could kill her grandfather was someone she stood no chance against.

And when she saw the man with sunglasses, she recognized him instantly.

This man was the subordinate of a Federation tycoon!

The man wearing sunglasses heard Orianna’s voice, turned around, and nodded in acknowledgment.

The people from the Judgment Court, who had been terrified out of their wits after the deaths of two Saints, regained their composure upon hearing the name "Lord Moruo."

If that’s the case, it’s likely the Federation’s upper echelon is now paying attention to this battle.

Moruo then looked at Tang Zhong, removed his black sunglasses, and said, "Mr. Tang Zhong, I think you’ve made a big mistake!"

"Who the hell are you?" Tang Zhong said coldly.

Though he didn’t recognize this man, he knew he was with the Federation. The Federation showing up now could only spell trouble.

"You..." Moruo hadn’t expected Tang Zhong to start with insults upon meeting him. "I am the servant of Duke Nok of the Federation. Mr. Tang Zhong, Wuji and Ogur are important figures within our Federation, and having killed them, you better not expect to leave today!"

Moruo was sent here by several dukes. Their plan was simple: if Ogur and Wuji were unharmed, they would let Tang Zhong and his group leave. But if Ogur and Wuji met misfortune, then... they would kill!

Under no circumstances could this man be allowed to leave Federation territory!

The deaths of Ogur and Wuji represented a massive blow to the Federation’s power. Without several deaths in retaliation, the Federation’s leadership would be inconsolable.

Moruo’s words made the Federation’s stance crystal clear!

The surrounding crowd sensed the shift in the winds as soon as they heard those words.

Azure Dragon Li Linglong and the others had already moved to stand beside Tang Zhong. Upon hearing Moruo’s words, their expressions darkened immediately.

Azure Dragon stepped forward and said, "The Federation’s arrogance knows no bounds! Are you declaring open hostility?"

"No... it’s not hostility per se. But you’ve killed our people, and isn’t there an old saying? A life for a life. Tang Zhong killed Ogur and Wuji, so isn’t it fitting to pay the price?" Moruo retorted icily.

Azure Dragon gritted his teeth in rage. "Your Federation is truly outrageous!"

Right now, they felt completely isolated, for they were indeed in Federation territory. Originally, they had come here merely to rescue Xia Yuqing; they didn’t have much else.

"Outrageous? On our land, concepts like outrageous don’t apply!" Moore interrupted.

"If I’m not mistaken, battleships should already be surrounding your sea routes from the Water Country’s strait, armored vehicles have blockaded your land routes, and fighter jets are ready to ensure you don’t escape by air!"

"And, of course, in light of someone as powerful as the number one on the Black List, we’re within reason to potentially deploy nuclear weapons..."

The mention of nuclear weapons instantly sent shockwaves through the crowd. Nuclear weapons?! But considering the threat posed by Tang Zhong, the Black List’s top-ranked warrior, it might be the only guaranteed way to kill him.

"You..." Azure Dragon gritted his teeth, enraged.

Just as he was about to erupt, Tang Zhong stopped him. "Let me handle this!"

Azure Dragon didn’t speak further. Tang Zhong stepped forward, staring directly at Moore. "I’ll ask you just a few questions. Answer honestly!"

Moore smirked. "As your last words before death, I suppose I can indulge you!"

"First, when the Federation deployed troops, did they know that my matters with Ogur and the Ultimate Swordsman were private grievances?"

"Of course. The Black List? You people obsess over rankings on a completely meaningless list—it’s almost laughable!" Moore replied.

"Second, are you acting here with the Federation’s high-level approval?" Tang Zhong asked coldly.

The surrounding people didn’t understand why Tang Zhong would ask such a question.

Moore paused for a moment, then said, "You killed Ogur and the Ultimate Swordsman—two of our Federation’s people. Had you not killed them, you and your companions could’ve quietly left. But now, aside from taking your lives, there’s no other option!"

"Good!" Tang Zhong replied, and in an instant, his Tang Sword was in his hand, slashing forward.

The blade’s glow flickered.

Moore had been smiling mere moments ago but froze in shock as the blade closed in. He was utterly dumbfounded.

"What are you..." Before he could finish the sentence, Moore was sliced cleanly in half.

"Obviously, I’m killing you," Tang Zhong said coolly.

The surrounding people were completely taken aback. Tang Zhong had just slain Moore—a prominent figure in the Federation government—but now he was dead.

Orianna had hoped that Moore’s arrival would bring vengeance for her grandfather, but now Moore himself was killed. She shouted at Tang Zhong, "You killed my grandfather, and now you’ve killed Moore. You will never leave the Federation alive!"

"Then I’ll carve my way out!" Tang Zhong laughed. "If this is my private feud with the Judgment Court, yet the Federation intervenes in violation of the rules, then fine—let those rules die as well!"

Tang Zhong suddenly raised his Tang Sword. Blood Power erupted instantly as he struck at the massive Judgment Court building.

Thunder and flames surged around the blade.

With a fierce slash, the energy pierced deep underground.

A deafening roar echoed. Everything within range exploded violently. The blade cleaved through the Judgment Court.

The enormous structure collapsed instantly beneath the devastating blow.

Booming sounds reverberated; the ground itself trembled violently.

At that moment, the Federation’s surrounding ability users froze, overwhelmed by fear, scattering in all directions. This man was nothing short of a Demon King.

As the Judgment Court crumbled, Tang Zhong turned and addressed Azure Dragon, Xia Yuqing, Li Linglong, and the others gathered behind him, "Follow me. We’ll cut our way out through rivers of blood!"

Orianna trembled with fury. She refused to believe that the entire Federation couldn’t deal with this one man. She immediately picked up the phone.

"Moore is dead, and the Judgment Court has been destroyed. This man is openly challenging our Federation, and he absolutely must not leave here alive!"

From the other end of the line, a single, cold word came through: understood.

Soon after, the entire Federation erupted into action.

From its military bases.

Almost all military forces were mobilized instantly.

Fighter jets filled the skies as major airspaces were secured.

Battleships occupied key harbors and waterways, while tanks and ground troops began intensified searches.

The Federation’s higher-ups issued orders: there could be no escape for the killers, and their lives must be taken.

The official reasoning was "justice," but the Federation leadership knew well—if Tang Zhong and Azure Dragon left, it would deal a catastrophic blow to their Federation.

As word spread, the entire world was thrown into uproar. To kill a single man, the Federation was willing to expend such massive resources—so surely that man was doomed!

Meanwhile, in the Dragon Group, every member went into a frenzy upon hearing the news.

"Damn it! The Federation is bullying us too much!"

"Who’s with me to rescue Azure Dragon and Tang Zhong?"

"I’m in... count me in!"

The Dragon Group nearly emptied as its members rallied for action.
