"Handsome, what’s your name?" a female spectator suddenly shouted. She was a mutant, with a very loud voice, and the entire stadium heard her.
Instantly, all eyes turned toward her.
Ji Xinghuo smiled at her but did not reply.
His gaze swept over his family but he did not go forward to talk, instead he took out his phone and sent a message in the family group, telling them to go home first.
His brothers and sisters all relaxed.
In fact, the spectators sitting around had seen Ji Xinghuo with them earlier, and he seemed to be part of the family. Some had secretly filmed and observed, some had asked directly, but they were all cautious, not revealing their identities, nor calling out Ji Xinghuo’s name.
A moment later, the spectators left the venue.

"Do you have the results?" he asked.
The swordsman looked at the information displayed on the instrument and replied, "His name is Gao Xuan, 65 years old, a citizen of the Asia-Pacific Community from Chang’an. However, the citizen’s profile shows that he was a super mutant who mostly adventured in the Star Realm, with no records of ascending to legendary status, nor any investigation records at the bureau."
"He intentionally hid his true strength information?" Ji Xinghuo speculated.
The information officer swordsman nodded and said, "Many people engaged in illegal work try every means to hide their strength to avoid being listed on a higher-level surveillance list."
Ji Xinghuo felt a chill in his heart.
The Asia-Pacific Community had an official surveillance system.
By analyzing big data on citizens’ travel patterns, economic status, utterances, internet browsing records, and information on mutants, it assessed everyone’s level of danger and tendency to commit crimes, and then placed them on different level lists.
The data of this system was highly confidential. Only minister-level officials, after applying, could access a citizen’s assessment data.
Even the citizens themselves were unaware of their own surveillance level.
In reality, the vast majority of citizens were on the white list. Yet, some with extremist statements, and all mutants, were on the First Level surveillance list.
The stronger one’s abilities, the higher the level of the list they would be placed on.
Reaching the Third Level would trigger a system alarm, and the Security Department and Sword Bureau would handle it, initiating the investigation process.
All legendary mutants were on the highest, Third Level surveillance list. However, this Strange Mutant had never been investigated, obviously having deliberately avoided it. To achieve this, he certainly needed guidance from someone very familiar with the surveillance system.
"Report this to Director Zhou immediately," Ji Xinghuo stated.
"Yes," the swordsman from the information department replied hurriedly, leaving to find Zhou Yishang.
Ji Xinghuo checked the body but found no other clues. The Strange Mutant’s fighting style did not rely on weapons, but on his own ability to transform; he always fought barehanded and never carried anything else.
Standing up, he looked up and noticed the gazes fixed on him.
From the high-end VIP box on one side of the stadium, five or six people behind the glass were observing him. They were all combatants from the two competing mutant teams.
Including Shi Renzhong and Yu Meiling, Zhao Manying was also there.
Ji Xinghuo thought about it, during the fight with the Strange Mutant, these two had offered their help although he actually did not need it, but still, he wanted to express his gratitude. So he walked along the spectator stands, entered the box, where all the competing mutants looked at him.
